The navy needs to also expand eligibility for the USNCC for reservists. Reservists in the Coast Guard can access the programs, so I see no reason why reserve sailors should not be afforded the same privilege. This is especially true since the degree programs all directly tie in with enlisted Navy jobs, most of which are open to reservists.
Morning, if you are not aware, your videos had been very productive/helpful to the community!!! Thank you for that!!! I have a quick question. Do you know about the 20k re-enlistments when transitioning from mandatory 6 months active to reserve? The one they give once you transfer from A school to your next command? I was wondering if you have any information about this. Thanks and have a blessed weekend.
Have you watched this video I made about the bonus yet? Be sure to go look up the NAVADMIN that I mentioned. th-cam.com/video/tlWDIjhzdWI/w-d-xo.htmlsi=1U4KKtjaDdjaxhcW
Hey 👋🏼 I was hoping maybe you can answer this question…. I’m signing my contract for LS this Friday for reserves and I wanted to know the steps to go from RC to TAR. Is it possible being brand new? Would it take a year or two? I have no prior service, I’m also concerned I might make a mistake, I am joining for the benefits and I believe it’ll be more flexible when I plan my kid in a few years. Thxxx!!! 🙏🏼
Heard the navy reserve component is struggling in recruitment specially on non priors they need to keep the tuition assistance permanently if they want to attract non prior service recruits.
Beautiful family, for everyone coming aboard, to work, or finish up on a degree. Making a stronger, force of one.
😊
Can you make a step by step video of how to start the TA?
As well, already members on board.
I have to re dep in after my clearance interview monday amd get another waiver but im definitely going, congratulations

Is it true u get the same pay as active duty members base on location and duty station though the Alabama department of veterans affairs [ADVA
I'm not sure but I definitely did a funeral with some army folks and they get active pay and benefits by doing nothing but funerals.

I agree
They are gonna have to stop stalling great talent, and bring folk on board without the lame waiting. Time is of essence.
