Piece of advice for anyone thinking about a future.get a trade or get a degree that would be valuable during a calamity in your country, like electrician, doctor, emt, etc.be smart with your choices.
Id say Manchester as it has a better overall/intl reputation. Teaching is great as is the city. KCL is good because based in London but it wouldnt make me go there just for that
Hi, it’s a great video what is your opinion which is a better option bayes business school (city university of london) or university of Birmingham for bsc accounting and finance/business management.
I didn’t take A level maths but I am doing a Politics with economics course at university of Bath. Because this course is obviously weighted towards politics rather than economics does this mean my chances of IB are very very very slim ? Thanks
No you have a good chance still but will need to impress with extra curricular activities a lot more e.g. leadership positions. Not every IB position requires a lot of Maths. Since you're doing a minor in Eco you still will take the introductory Eco modules so when applying for internships emphasize these modules on your CV more than the politics ones. Bath is a great uni and so the teaching is respected there as well as the ability of the students - who are presumed to be good learners
hi i'm going into first year at york for ppe, do you think getting an mba or msc finance at a higher ranked uni would boost my chances of getting into IB since york isn't really a target skl?
Definitely the MSc . No decent MBA would take you with zero work experience. But you've only just started, focus on getting the spring weeks then work your way up to an offer, it's possible. Doing another degree at a higher ranked uni isnt necessary
@@CertifiedTalks and also recommend some books or crash courses from beginner friendly to mid to advance level And also there many skills required like maths , probability, statistics, CS, finance So can you make detail videos on for example How much maths is required for quant analyst and add some book recommendation
You would have a great chance if you can demonstrate some relevant work experience. I dont think data science skills are utilised a lot in AM tbh theres plenty of other great careers where you'll use your Data science skills - however your CFA will be very useful.

PPE at Uni of Nottingham or Uni of Manchester for IB ? Thanks.
And is KCL better than both of these for PPE , I feel like this was obvious.
