- Auf der Rückfahrt vom steirischen Liegeradtreffen in Fernitz / Graz fahren wir die Abfahrt nach Puch und Paldau. Dabei erreiche ich mit meinem Sinner Mango Velomobil 101 km/h, Hans mit dem Milan MK1 12 Velomobil sogar sagenhafte 111 km/h. @MewFushisDad Yes of course, we wait for them after the downhill. We startet to the styrian recumbent meeting in fernitz near graz / Austria with 3 velomobiles, 2 trikes and 1 lowrider recumbent bikes.
@gregraven Not a cell phone, it was my navigationsystem to check my speed. At this moment, the speed was not faster than 45 mph ;-)

Nicht schlecht! Ich habe erst 86km/h erreicht mit meinem Mango. Allerdings haben wir hier im Rhein-Main-Gebiet (außer Feldberg) keine geeigneten Abfahrten für solche Geschwindigkeiten.

Du solltest hinten dran schreiben: "Ich bremse auch für Autofahrer" ;-) Welchen Bremsweg hätte man im Notfall frage ich mich allerdings...
Bremsweg von 80 km/h ist ganz nicht so schlecht in mein Intercitybike DF. Bremsen sind Trommeln und nur 90mm, aber das Gewicht ist auch nur etwa 125 kg.
Der Milan ist aber ganz schön vorbei gebraust...
Für so´n Teil mus man schon Eier haben, is wohl eher nix für BMW Fahrer:P

A helmet doesn't help at that speed. So what? ;-)
At a crash that speed, the helmet would make no difference. Some common knowledge is needed here
@@Triadii A helmet could absolutely make a difference, that's why motorcyclists are required to wear them
