    I have been getting more and more food sensitivities and have ended up being able to eat less and less I honestly got really ticked off. I used less polite words but you know what I mean. I decided this had gone too far and I had to sort this out or I would end up starvibg to death. Im ok with not eating glutan or lactose but come hell or high water I will get backing to enjoying eating again. Im very grateful I discovered your channel.

    I'm just so confused because I'm intolerant to almost everything and eating these foods causes severe symptoms. The idea of following my heart and introducing foods I like sounds lovely, but it doesn't change the fact that those foods will hurt me. It's not just some mild bloating or gas, its multiple days of excruciating pain and nonstop vomiting. I've watched some of your videos and listened to the podcasts but I'm just not seeing how most of this advice actually fixes the symptoms.

    How am I able to eat butternut squash with no problem, but any tapioca (yucca) flour or starch hurts soooo bad! Or i do okay with lentils but not any other beans? Is it more of an issue than just fodmaps? Thanks!

    hi Doctor i hope you remember me, i follow your videos, now introduce fiber slowly and now i cant eat some fruits and also raw veggies i follow your advises and feel so great for that thank you im sorry for my inglish i was so lost, keto carnivore let me diying, but now recovering thanks for your videos. The only thing i am worried is my histamine intolerance and food intolerances dont go away, so i dont now what step next to do. im in a low histamine diet, but also without the foods that i am intolerant (oats, corn, wheat) i dont know what next step to do, i hope you can do a video about histamine intolerance and food intolerance it would be everything as you appear to be a light in my path thank you so much!!!!!!!!
