This game has a special place in my heart, it was my first game and introduction to Tekken, others may hate T6 but it's personally my 3rd fav in the series
I was IN LOVE with The Tekken Scenario Campaign Mode. I understood it cause it had awesome depth to it, you got more insight as to what was happening in Tekken 6 as a whole story. It was great!!!
Jin/Nina moments were the best in this. Should have been more of those two. Both are very interesting and badass characters. Loved how savage Jin is! I hope he stays that way.

Yeah, it'd be a huge balancing act between the main plot (Mishima family and all that) and all the other characters stories, not to mention they'd have to add in fight scenes as well. While I'm not a fan of the Blood Vengance movie, it's fairly faithful to the characters (Apart from say Alisa) and the plot is decent.
Say what you want about Tekken 6, bt it actually had a pretty good story mode. Honestly, the only thing I find wrong with T7 is that it's story mode wasn't more like this.

Now i realized, Kazuya's Intention in T6 was not to gain public's support for G Corp, Azazel spoke to Kazuya in his mind, but unlike Jin, Kaz wanted to gain his power, so he wanted to remove Jin from his way, and he was trying to find Azazel from the events of Tekken 6 itself. He might have continued his quest in T7, but Akuma came, and then he had to end his rivalry with Heihachi.

No one ever talks about how epic the helicopter battle with Alisa was. It wasn’t a traditional fight of course, but it still had me on the edge of my seat the whole time and unsure whether she was going to win or not and during a few moments I thought should would get seriously wounded and straight up die. 😭

Some of heroes overplayed. Especially the ones with English lines, that overamerican accent. Maybe I'm wrong. ) By the way, it's completely fine they do speak different languages. If they know both and choose to speak on the one they express themselves better. In real world it was fine, I suppose, in some countries in high society.
To be fair, Jin was never really considered "evil" in the first place. He was neutral in this game. Sure, he declared war on the entire world, which was ridiculous and out of character for him to commit something like that, but he only did that so he could summon Azazel in order to put a stop to the Devil Gene and thats good.
Half of it worked, he did kill Azazel and saved the world from eternal slavery, but he didn't get rid of his Devil Gene, maybe he'll find a way to control it, since he can't take it out of himself.
Sérgio Miguel Reis I find it a little funny it's stuff like that that gets justified by some people despite how messed up it is. And he still didn't get the darn devil gene off of him.
Didn't think I'd be saying this, but after looking at the Tekken 7 story, its total playtime and overall rushed pace, Tekken 6 has a far more robust campaign experience when you take into account characterisation, playtime and everything else. It's just unfortunate that I care nothing for the gameplay of Scenario Campaign itself, or for either Lars or Alisa.
@@you-5-iver804 Exactly, wish there was the possibility to play it alone (Tekken 3 and 4 Tekken Force style) or to be able to play in Co-Op Offline with a split-screen though, I didn't always enjoy Alisa killing everyone in a heartbeat before I could even take one out. Shame the only way to play with someone is Online Co-Op, I prefer to play with someone I know than with a complete stranger, not counting you can't pause Online and the enemies were far too strong there for some reason.

I would appreciate better story modes in fighting games. I know beating down the other guy is the point but I would like some justification as to why I am beating the crAp out of the other guy. The Tekken campaign mode and Injustice stories were a good start, and I hope it continues and improves going forward.
*If you haven't played the Tekken 6 Scenario Campaign, what I'm about to say is spoilers along with my opinion* I know the story was pretty stupid, I agree, but I had fun playing the campaign, to be honest. But I still to this day wondered why Jin waged global invasion just to get some bumbling purple dragon in Egypt out of hiding. And what happened to Raven? Wasn't he the one who found Jin along with the other UN troops, back at the end of the campaign? Did he just leave after he saw Jin found and taken in by helicopter, but didn't see the helicopter get blasted, and Jin escaping into the Middle East? Doesn't make much sense to me.

Didn't think I'd be saying this, but after looking at the Tekken 7 story, its total playtime and overall rushed pace, Tekken 6 has a far more robust campaign experience when you take into account characterisation, playtime and everything else. It's just unfortunate that I care nothing for the gameplay of Scenario Campaign itself, or for either Lars or Alisa.
I disagree, despite the messy gameplay, the characters and story of the campaign were amazing
@@you-5-iver804 Exactly, wish there was the possibility to play it alone (Tekken 3 and 4 Tekken Force style) or to be able to play in Co-Op Offline with a split-screen though, I didn't always enjoy Alisa killing everyone in a heartbeat before I could even take one out.
Shame the only way to play with someone is Online Co-Op, I prefer to play with someone I know than with a complete stranger, not counting you can't pause Online and the enemies were far too strong there for some reason.

Tekken 6 is better than 7. I was disappointed with how the story wasn't great in 7.

Tekken 6 have better stages with soundrtack that tekken 7 but tekken 7 have the best group of characters and will have more life by the tekken competitive
Yeah you're right Tekken 6 is way better than Tekken 7 and I went with the whole game with Jack-6 in Tekken 6.
Plus, the story of Tekken 7 is short, it takes about two hours compared to 6 which is kinda long.
After playing the corny SFV story mode. I finally appreciate the storyline and scenario campaign of T6.

I would appreciate better story modes in fighting games. I know beating down the other guy is the point but I would like some justification as to why I am beating the crAp out of the other guy. The Tekken campaign mode and Injustice stories were a good start, and I hope it continues and improves going forward.

*If you haven't played the Tekken 6 Scenario Campaign, what I'm about to say is spoilers along with my opinion* I know the story was pretty stupid, I agree, but I had fun playing the campaign, to be honest. But I still to this day wondered why Jin waged global invasion just to get some bumbling purple dragon in Egypt out of hiding. And what happened to Raven? Wasn't he the one who found Jin along with the other UN troops, back at the end of the campaign? Did he just leave after he saw Jin found and taken in by helicopter, but didn't see the helicopter get blasted, and Jin escaping into the Middle East? Doesn't make much sense to me.
I like the fact that they speak different languages but can still understand each other (except animal and mokujin characters)
