Epoxy is a good protective surface, but you are probably better of getting a paint specifically developed for metal surfaces

Crystal salt tends to attack epoxy. Best to use aluminum sheets that dont get corrosion

Can we use epoxy resin on Aluminum frames , acrylic sheets (3 mm thickness ) , etc

No 3mm thickness is bound to crack on metal frames. Only thin coats on metal

If you use a foam roller make sure it is good quality, and that it will resist strong thinners and corrosive materials like epoxy. Cheap rollers have a tendency to break up and leave marks
