Another great episode! Dr. Henebury is making a major advance IMHO. My dissertation was about the Land Covenant which got me thinking along the same lines as Dr. H. But he goes way beyond my limited thinking and has motivated me to dig back in and flesh this out.

The biggest issue for reformed theology is this: 1. You can look at scripture through the lens of the covenants actually named in the bible. or 2. Through the lens of covenants nowhere named in the bible. Which makes more sense?
56:36 Dispensationalists need to hear that. The church does not just benefit from the blessings of the new covenant. As the church, we are members of this covenant. Also, I don't see how some free grace people think that all covenants (including the New Covenant) are about sanctification and not about salvation.
