How could I have missed the news that Westlife is coming to North America?! Just found out it today. Called Radio City and tickets were sold out. Had to snatch them from the resale market, paying twice as much but it's well worth it. Over the years, I have entertained the ideas of flying to Ireland for their concert! LOL. Now they are finally coming here. So thrilled and cannot wait to see them in March!

No, I don’t watch TV😊 I check on Westlife periodically and have always hoped that they will eventually make their way to North America as they have been talking about this for a long time. It must be fate. With no particular reason I happened to check on Westlife that Sunday, two days after the tickets on sale, and found out they are coming to town!

To me Westlife has always been the best vocal group out of all boybands of their era. Both individual vocals and as a group, no other group even comes close. Some group even only has one or two singes who can hold their own.

@@Sarah-yj6ylNicky and Kian doesn’t have enough solo parts due to Shane and Mark’s skill. But once you hear their solo album, you can tell that both Nicky and Kian can sing well. But realistically, Mark and Shane is better and their style fits Mark and Shane better. Kian’s voice fits better with rock music, Nicky’s voice fits better with chart kinda pop music.

According to what I investigated from the band, only their first single Swear it Again and debut album Westlife arrived in the country in an edition of only 13 songs, just like Canada with a different cover where they come out very serious.

@@lammhult100 hmm I hadn't noticed that, but maybe its harder with age for him. Mark is a bit unusual in that I think he's actually improved with age, but for many that isn't the case. I think Shane still does pretty well though.

Mark was one of those guys never afraid to take risks with his voice. Trying crazy runs back in the day or over singing when it wasnt needed. But you can tell hes just studied how to push his vocals to another level.

They are SO good. I’m happy that GMA was able to get them on. On a side note, I searched for GMA on TH-cam to catch Westlife, and discovered I can watch GMA live which I will be doing going forward.

It took 20+ years, a member leaving, the quartet disbanding and reuniting for it to happen but I'm happy it FINALLY happened. It should have happened sooner but I'm just glad it's happened. 🙂

About time, Westlife is finally heading to US shores for epic concerts. Kids and toxic gen Z these days don't know what Westlife is. Their songs is beautifully epic and so was their US performance debut.
I’m 38 and live in Pennsylvania. I’ve been waiting since I was 15. Have bought tickets like 3 times to try to see them in the uk and some disastrous occurrence always stopped me from being able to be there. I have tickets to see them in NYC, and I am seriously still processing what this means for me ♥️♥️♥️

I've seen Westlife live twice and I've been impressed everytime. I know that their US tour will have great success and hopefully there'll be more dates added soon. Now that all 3 US shows have sold out, with some scalped tickets left.
