Bloke on the PC looked clueless!
That doesn't seem like an important life threatening emergency task. If I'm not wrong, this dude just did dangerous situations while on traffic by driving with blue lights for no reason and not mentioning how many traffic rules were broken. Might be that I am wrong too about the reason part as I've never seen an emergency drive for this kind of reason before, but honestly what I saw so far, that seems like a useless blue light run.
No one moved over for you they clearly don’t see you as an emergency vehicle
Just wondering where you stand on going through the red light at 1:53 as I was under the impression that blood bikes can use blue lights but don’t have any exemptions?
The lab technician looked lost and feared to death ,
"Do you want these?"
Running emergency status for non emergency calls makes no sense at all.
Who? Me? Why?
Can blood bikers go above speed limits or run through red lights?
They are with emergency warning equipment activated and when safe to do so.
@@thescottishpanda5 Thanks!
@@pomajzsolt4363 happy to help! :)
Car comming towards you at 1.50 at the lights not really with it but I bet it gave him a crap moment.
Sorry, What's the emergency?? Priority 1 is lights and sirens,, priority 2 is lights,,,,, so. Where from Comms did you get the go ahead to go priority 1, not only to hospital, but on the way back,,,, there must be an imminent threat to life, or danger so, for priority 1..... I was a cop for 20 years so I know,, Maybe more to the background ,,, than can't be stuffed with dealing with traffic,,,
The minute someone says ‘I was a cop/firefighter/paramedic for 20 years’ you know they’re talking out of their arse.
Seems like a perfect job for Jeremy DeWitt lol.......
Wanna same drugs as fella in the hospital
..he looks hight af
Jeremy Dewittes British half brother
01:52 nearly a head on with that red car. That was quite shocking riding.
Or perhaps the red car driver got woken up by an emergency vehicle with a loud siren and blue flashing lights.
@@emmanuel-in-greece6954 I’m an advanced driver, it was very bad riding.
@@epictetus9766 and this mans was trying to get some blood to a guy that needed blood
@@Lew699 yup. Do you not think it'd be a good idea to reduce the risk of spilling any blood (literally and figuratively) in the process. Plenty of emergency services drivers have been prosecuted for dangerous driving as a result of poor blue-light-run decision making. That's why these drivers are trained to a certain standard - if they fail to maintain that standard, as in the case of this rider, they're putting others at risk.
He didn't look very impressed i don't want erm ffs
The guy in the lab looked perplexed because these samples and I say samples because it ain't a blood delivery where handed to him, when in fact there is a lab reception, and clearly walking in to a lab without a white coat isg a no no, don't understand the need for the blues and two on the return.
hardly a blue light run, with inadequate warning lights putting yourself and other road users at risk plus returning to base on blues makes u a complete fud and should be charged
You do realise all these riders have to be continually assessed up to top standards and they are trained by police and blue light service instructors?? There’s nothing at all wrong with this. If you can do a better job then go and do it, they always need volunteers
TBH and I hate to say this about a fellow biker but 'seriously' ... this chap could do with [at least] some basic road craft training let alone Blue Light training! If this had been anyone I know or even myself I'd be ashamed to air this vid. Just because you've a bike with Blue Lights and a Siren does not mean you have to cane it like a loon with no regard for other road users or even pedestrians. ...... Truly Shocking.
@@MrSapperb3 ... If this rider was trained by his local police force for Blue Light runs .... the instructor was possibly named 'Stevie' ... (as in Stevie Wonder?). And if this video is an indication of Top Standards then who ever assessed this rider clearly needs cataract surgery... pronto! We'd assess him as below par for even a basic learner coming up to take their test. Shocking!
@@Sparks1Plumbers0 I agree shocking and to go back to base on blues he has just broke every law going
It’s amazing how many legal experts comment on these videos. Do you honestly think he’d post videos on TH-cam of him ‘breaking the law’ if he was in fact, actually breaking the law? You don’t know what local agreements are in place pertaining to how this particular group is permitted to operate.
Great cause. Sorry but unnecessary dangerous riding.
Pretty poor example of the use of blues and twos. Bloodbikes have not statuary rights to fit let alone use sirens and lights. No exemptions from red lights, speed limits nor keep left/right bollards. Would love to know the riders past training and experience in the use of blues and twos.
We were trained by the PSNI, which donated their bikes and gave us the same exemptions that they have. Simples! I take it you’re not in NI, otherwise you’d know this. I was also authorised to carry a Glock for personal protection, and NI is the only part of the UK that allows members of the public to own all types of firearm bar full auto
