@MR FREEZE-98 Not likely. Laura's healing factor is equivalent if not superior to Logan's when he was younger, during which time he literally got nuked and survived just fine. The problem is that Laura technically heals faster than you can damage her. The entry wound from a bullet is likely going to heal shut before it even exits her body. If Logan hadn't had adamantium infused into his skeleton, poisoning him for decades, he would literally be immortal. He's hundreds of years old by this point and is only aging because the adamantium on his bones has been poisoning him and slowing down his healing factor.
I think we can all agree that this kid deserves the title of being the next wolverine. Only a handful of people can go full rage mode like this. Plus she's a damn good actor at such a young age.

It's useless in terms of "killing", but not so useless in terms of "incapacitating". If they actually HIT her, that is. There's also the question of how incapacitating the wound are. A headshot WOULD knock her unconscious, but she has Adamantium skeleton like Logan. Body shots won't do much. Impaling her, as demonstrated, actually limits her movements.
I love this movie. Has a real feel of ex-elite athlete in bitter, middle-aged, post-glory years looking to find a niche in real world life trying to leave the past behind, but you still got a little bad-ass in you when you need to silence a younger crowd once in awhile because you are still a cut better than the regulars when provoked.

Because she's much younger and bloodthirsty. She also has quick speed and agility. She's pretty much a military killing machine. But Logan is over 100 years old in this movie. And his healing powers are slowly decaying. Meaning he can't be as wild any more because he is too busy making sure he doesn't get stabbed or shot. Because he knows he can't heal was well as before. But as stated in the movie. He wants to die because all his friends are dead.
That’s one of the worst things about Disney buying fox, overall we will probably get more consistent x men movies but we will likely never get anything like Logan and we likely won’t get an x23 movie with dafne as Laura and that’s a huge shame, she was fuckin amazing in the role and the character is so badass. Fox may have made some real shitty X-men related movies but they also gave us days of future past/ Logan/ which are fuckin amazing and then Deadpool 1&2, first class and X-men 1&2 which are really good also, the wolverine was really solid too. Such an amazing movie. I think the overall quality of the film was as much to do with her performance as it was the two stars. I can't believe we've not seen her reprise that role again since. Eternals: Bad. It's all flash and absolutely no substance. Shang-Chi and the Legend of the 10 Rings: Pretty good. Simu was excellent, and the Rings themselves were done pretty well. They also redeemed Mandarin and I'm also glad they didn't force a romance between Shang-Chi and Katy. Too many movies do that. Falcon and the Winter Soldier: It could've been much better. I feel like it also made characters like Zemo and John Walker into more sympathetic heroes. I mean, there's nothing wrong with giving villains morals. There's absolutely nothing wrong with that. But writing complex villains also means having to make sure that the protagonist, and by extension the audience, knows that they are still villains. Ms. Marvel: Meh. It wasn't terrible, just not that great. I also don't like how Kamala almost worships Captain Marvel. Maybe I'm just being nitpicky, as Captain Marvel is one of my least favorite MCU characters, but I don't get it. Why would she like a person who is never around when the Earth is in peril? Why not say, Black Widow? You know, the non-powered superhero who sacrificed herself so that the other heroes could get the Soul Stone? I don't see Captain Karen making such a sacrifice. I did like how they tried to do something original with Kamala's powers though, instead of making her a Mr. Fantastic rip-off. Doctor Strange and the Multiverse of Madness: the only good things about this movie were the visuals and the interactions between the characters. That's it. Thor Love and Thunder: Really bad. Only thing that kept it together was Christopher Nolan's Gorr. She Hulk: It somehow got even worse. There are absolutely no redeeming factors for She-Hulk. Terrible CGI, terrible characters, hardly any plot at all. Just a crappy show. Moon Knight: Finally some good food. It could've gone further, in fact it really should've given the character, but it wasn't a bad show. I liked Marc and Steven's growing friendship and the CGI was quite the palette cleanser after She-Thot. GOTG Holiday Special: solid and really funny. Werewolf by Night: Loved the black and white horror movie style. Black Panther: Wakanda Forever: solid tribute to Chadwick Boseman.
This movie made me so sad. The ending of a universe that had my imagination entranced at 13 years old. All of the characters that I’m so fond of fading away with time as do all things. A reminder that I too will fade away and exist as if I never was.
Dafne Keen is just so damned good in this. It’s always such a pleasure when a child actor just knocks it out of the park. (Gotta give credit to the director too.)
I hope this actress comes back to play Laura/x-23 again because just like Hugh Jackman who plays Logan I can't image another actor playing her role or even logan role
I know that Dafne Keen really wants to play Laura again however, since Disney bought FOX its completely upto Disney if they want to commission an X-23 film. My guess if if they do it'll be after they finish the new Deadpool film so a few years at least. Disney is so focused on the MCU at the moment it seems they aren't interested in producing mush else. If you want to see more of this actress shes the main character in HBO's&BBC's His Dark Materials.

Much has been said about the performances, but James Mangold did a five star job directing this film. The action sequences are thrilling and in the case of Laura, we really get the feeling that she's a super-powered being who can move so fast she's almost a blur to her human opponents.
So sad, we finally see the kind of life Logan COULD have had. When he's ageing, ill and coming to the end of his life, just like Xavier, with all of his friends and family-almost-years dead...

Logan was perfection. I never sat in a movie where the audience felt for whats happpening as much as in this film. When it finished, everyone went out either in sad silence, or in quiet talks about memories from years ago. It was like leaving a funeral of an old friend. It was a usual evening showing, so this must have happened at almost any of the times they played this.

Logan is a broadsword with weapons which can cut through anything which can't be taken from him coming out of his hands, a tank and a killing machine. Laura is more like a scalpel, she goes for vital spots and is so quick and agile by the time you see her coming it's too late. No wonder they work together so well. Will always be weird to see Logan staggered by a single round to the arm, though, when he once walked off attempts to literally melt the flesh from his bones. Still, the saddest part of this film will always be Charles-once he wouldn't have had to just THINK stop and it would have been over in less than a second. But in this? What's left of him is essentially literally a weapon of mass destruction with occasional flashes of self-awareness-and if he looses it he could kill thousands, maybe millions. By thinking about it. Anyone whose watched the film knows why Logan never brings that up. A man like Xavier didn't deserve to go out like this...

That’s one of the worst things about Disney buying fox, overall we will probably get more consistent x men movies but we will likely never get anything like Logan and we likely won’t get an x23 movie with dafne as Laura and that’s a huge shame, she was fuckin amazing in the role and the character is so badass. Fox may have made some real shitty X-men related movies but they also gave us days of future past/ Logan/ which are fuckin amazing and then Deadpool 1&2, first class and X-men 1&2 which are really good also, the wolverine was really solid too. Disney probably doesn’t have the balls to make something like Logan or a R rated x23 movie with dafne as Laura and that fuckin sucks, fox took some risks and I really respected that

Such an amazing movie. I think the overall quality of the film was as much to do with her performance as it was the two stars. I can't believe we've not seen her reprise that role again since. It's just a shame they wasted so many X-Men movies when they could, should, have all be up to the quality of this one.

Loki: Really good, didn't really like the ending. Was cool to see Kang though for the first time.
What If: The MCU's first attempt at animation. Pretty solid. There were some writing issues, as I feel like certain changes were unnecessary, but overall it wasn't bad.
Wandavision: Not really my cup of tea, but not terrible. I feel like it ignored the fact that Wanda basically brainwashed an entire town.
Black Widow: Pretty bad, but it's not hard to see why. COVID screwed everything up. I did like Natascha and Yelena's banter.
Hawkeye: Pretty good. I feel like it focused way too much on Kate Bishop instead of Hawkeye. It's his show dang it! I did like Yelena returning and her friendship with Kate, and it was nice to see Hawkeye get some much needed closure. The man's been through a lot.
Spider-Man: No Way Home: Not bad, but it relies a lot on fan service. I guess that's the main point. It was cool to see Tobey Maguire, Andrew Garfield, and Tom Holland interact (and I still want a series about their misadventures). Plus William DaFoe was amazing. Alfred Molina was also excellent.
Eternals: Bad. It's all flash and absolutely no substance.
Shang-Chi and the Legend of the 10 Rings: Pretty good. Simu was excellent, and the Rings themselves were done pretty well. They also redeemed Mandarin and I'm also glad they didn't force a romance between Shang-Chi and Katy. Too many movies do that.
Falcon and the Winter Soldier: It could've been much better. I feel like it also made characters like Zemo and John Walker into more sympathetic heroes. I mean, there's nothing wrong with giving villains morals. There's absolutely nothing wrong with that. But writing complex villains also means having to make sure that the protagonist, and by extension the audience, knows that they are still villains.
Ms. Marvel: Meh. It wasn't terrible, just not that great. I also don't like how Kamala almost worships Captain Marvel. Maybe I'm just being nitpicky, as Captain Marvel is one of my least favorite MCU characters, but I don't get it. Why would she like a person who is never around when the Earth is in peril? Why not say, Black Widow? You know, the non-powered superhero who sacrificed herself so that the other heroes could get the Soul Stone? I don't see Captain Karen making such a sacrifice. I did like how they tried to do something original with Kamala's powers though, instead of making her a Mr. Fantastic rip-off.
Doctor Strange and the Multiverse of Madness: the only good things about this movie were the visuals and the interactions between the characters. That's it.
Thor Love and Thunder: Really bad. Only thing that kept it together was Christopher Nolan's Gorr.
She Hulk: It somehow got even worse. There are absolutely no redeeming factors for She-Hulk. Terrible CGI, terrible characters, hardly any plot at all. Just a crappy show.
Moon Knight: Finally some good food. It could've gone further, in fact it really should've given the character, but it wasn't a bad show. I liked Marc and Steven's growing friendship and the CGI was quite the palette cleanser after She-Thot.
GOTG Holiday Special: solid and really funny.
Werewolf by Night: Loved the black and white horror movie style.
Black Panther: Wakanda Forever: solid tribute to Chadwick Boseman.

This movie made me so sad. The ending of a universe that had my imagination entranced at 13 years old. All of the characters that I’m so fond of fading away with time as do all things. A reminder that I too will fade away and exist as if I never was.

I know that Dafne Keen really wants to play Laura again however, since Disney bought FOX its completely upto Disney if they want to commission an X-23 film. My guess if if they do it'll be after they finish the new Deadpool film so a few years at least. Disney is so focused on the MCU at the moment it seems they aren't interested in producing mush else.

Much has been said about the performances, but James Mangold did a five star job directing this film. The action sequences are thrilling and in the case of Laura, we really get the feeling that she's a super-powered being who can move so fast she's almost a blur to her human opponents.

Everybody cheered when Disney bought Fox because “yay Deadpool gets to play with Spidey now hehe” but what no one realizes is that we won’t be getting risky movies like this when Disney owns all
They have a touch that turns gold into manure.
Logan is a broadsword with weapons which can cut through anything which can't be taken from him coming out of his hands, a tank and a killing machine. Laura is more like a scalpel, she goes for vital spots and is so quick and agile by the time you see her coming it's too late. No wonder they work together so well. Will always be weird to see Logan staggered by a single round to the arm, though, when he once walked off attempts to literally melt the flesh from his bones. Still, the saddest part of this film will always be Charles-once he wouldn't have had to just THINK stop and it would have been over in less than a second. But in this? What's left of him is essentially literally a weapon of mass destruction with occasional flashes of self-awareness-and if he looses it he could kill thousands, maybe millions. By thinking about it. Anyone whose watched the film knows why Logan never brings that up. A man like Xavier didn't deserve to go out like this...
