@@minigru.studios that's so cool! so far the designs I've seen for botanical sunprints and cyanotype reminds me a lot of batik designs here in Malaysia. Though batik designs are drawn and lined by wax with the fabric dyed repeatedly in between. Do check it out when you're able to :)
I just watched a few videos and the batik designs are so beautiful! and the process is so cool :) it seems to be a pretty similar concept with the wax leaving a negative image which is then washed away similar to the cyanotype i would love to take a class on the art of batik designs! thank you for introducing me to them :)

thank you Olivia!! It was a lot of trial and error but essentially you cast off the stitches in the middle of the panel and knit each side one at a time then cast on more stitches for the tie parts! I hope that helps its a bit difficult to explain ahhhh :( I dont have a pattern but I will write down the backless top as a video idea for the future! thank you for watching!!

Lots of practice and very little sleep!! I think also knowing how to knit before helped with garment construction! Granny squares were a tough one for me too but you got it! just keep practicing :)

HI! sorry I don't really use patterns! for this top I pretty much knit a panel in stocknitte stitch and decreased it on both sides when you reach right under the armpit! then made the same panel and sewed them together! you can add a collar too for a cleaner look :) hope this helps!

HI! sorry I don't really use patterns! for this top I pretty much knit a panel in stocknitte stitch and decreased it on both sides when you reach right under the armpit! then made the same panel and sewed them together! you can add a collar too for a cleaner look :) hope this helps!

@@cathyang-ke3cx definitely try!! :) it just takes practice! the brown top is actually a knitting project but you could try to make a crochet version with your crocheting background! but making wearables is so fun so I'd definitely give it a shot! :)

I got it at a vintage market! The brand is Everitt if that helps or else you can search for "faux fur bucket hat" and something similar may come up! :) hope this helps
