When reporting, give information about the report, e.g. why are you reporting the person, and you'll start seeing those "we've taken action" messages. I think they dismiss the reports without any information in them, as they should.

@@Bodgie7878 Odd. I've only recently started getting those messages again, and it happened after I started giving explanations for reports. Honestly, games have been completely terrible for me the past couple of weeks with feeders and trolls, so maybe other people are just feeling it now too.

@@WolfRitesagreed, games recently have been wank, feels like I almost always have someone on my team who's negative with like 30/40% more deaths than the rest of the team, and even politely asking that they maybe consider playing a different hero, not because they're bad but because it just doesn't seem to be working, usually results in a hateful splurge of toxicity
