Metal shoe rack can be dangerous in case of accident. As passenger head can strike against metal rod if they are facing wrong side. This should be removed. Huge security risk.

Everything's good, but there should be a system to alert drivers if they feel drowsy, and a dashcam to record acts of accidents. Unless drivers become drowsy due to overworking they are very cautious and most accidents happen due to 3rd party faults.
