Bradley: the ribs were always a favorite of mine til I tried the tenderloins. In my humble opinion, they are great and most people would never know that they came from buffalo. As always, thanks for a very good video! Roy

The tenderloin is one of the most underestimated pieces of fish because of the bones. I share the opinion of not liking to deal with those bones as well, but I'll solve that issue in an upcoming video😉

Throw the drag high and let the current push the drag down river over the throat rope. It helps when the water is high and fast. You probably already made a heavier drag.

Man I'm not sure how it can be Cajun adventures if you never are Buffalo 🤣🤣🤣. Just kidding. It's really not comparable to anything to me. Guess that's why it's delicacy to most. Ribs are firm meat with unique taste. Fillets are very boney, but delicate flakey meat. They just good. Best fresh if you can get some. I'll be doing a video soon on deboning the tenderloins!!

Yes sir, Absolutely!! They been spawning. The next video on Buffalo will have one of our favorite recipes, and I'd put it up against any fish on the planet!!! Buffalo use to be a main staple of settlers and explorers across these parts. It's a shame that it's such an under-utilized resource these days. People starving to death and literally billions of pounds of them stacked up in our river systems. We always knew they were plentiful, but today's technology (Livescope) shows us just how plentiful they are while crappie fishing in the summer months. Thanks T!!!
