Sponge, you guys fucking killed it!!!! I miss your original lineup... still a lifetime fan, can’t wait to see you live this Friday!!! 25 years of Rotting Piñata
daniell1125 I listen to the stuff from your channel I'm glad to know there's another person that's as big of a fan I am of sponge. I met Vinnie after a show last year after everyone had left, it was just me, him, my dad, and Dave Coughlin. I said I'm sorry about Mike and he had told me while they were warming up hearing the guitar made him think of Mike. You could tell he was sad about it and hear it in his voice. Poor guy. I wish I could've gotten to talk to Mike, I talk to Joey on Instagram every now and then and he's a really awesome guy, and I've talked to Charlie very briefly before, Mike seemed like a cool dude.
@@ReadingAreaRailfan Thanks for listening. Yeah I think Mike Cross was only 57 when he passed away. Gone too soon. That's cool that you got to talk to Vinnie, Dave, Joey, and Charlie
Poor guy was in a bad space, but still has incredible presence. Vocals are unique and underrated.
Loved how he gave the song that 90s touch
Saw em at Xfest Summerset Wisconsin 96-98ish. One of the best bands live and one my faves!
