That room you suggested to use as an ‘Office’. No power points on the walls. I know, just run power extension cords everywhere!!
Who designs these houses? A blind man.
I think it was designed for a storage area to be honest, but I see your point a PowerPoint wouldn’t have hurt when building 😝
Great you are doing this again jonny.used to love when you went into town and met your friends and walked the streets...🎉❤
That's not a kabob its mass produced donair meat. Full of chemicals and emulsifiers and bonding agents and usually oversalted. Kabob is a blend of meats onions parsley and formed on a skewer and grilled on charcoal
Beautiful makes it sound even better lol
Donair lol
Excellent Video as always Jonny. Nice job showing the difference in places. Cheers Mate! ✌🏻🥃🍺
Thanks buddy appreciate it:-)
I liked the look of the first house myself
Yeah i think it would be ok, it's a single man needs lol
Kebab looked nice but expensive. First house looked good I think the pool made it 😊😊
Good Video Jonny 😊.
Keep the video's comin.
Stay Safe 💕 💞 🙏 🙏
"It's one way, this way"
*Cars & bikes going the other way*
"It's meant to be one way, you know what Thailand's like"
Great stuff 🤣
Thanks for posting this video Jonny! Love it when you do condos & houses for rent tours❤….The only thing I don’t like about it is the layout of the bathroom which didn’t have a divider. Don’t like the idea of having a wet floor in the bathroom. Also I wish they would have a window in the kitchen area….other than that, thanks for mentioning the construction on Soi 94. My husband and myself will be in Hua Hin in February and I hope it will be done by then😉
My pleasure & glad you enjoy them. This is just like the cheap side of the rental market if you’d like to spend something up near like 30-50k a month the builds are A lot more thought out. I normally only go these price points because that’s what my viewers are interested in but maybe later in a few weeks I’ll do the more expensive houses for rent. It just all depends on what your budget is and this kind of budget Is what most of my Subscribers is looking for. Hope you guys are well and I bet you are looking forward to coming here next year 👍😊
@@jonnyasia 3 months in Thailand 🇹🇭 Very good, very good 😊
As always interesting and informative and entertaining , the food looked amazing . I like to see the houses although I never be in a position tomove now , but nice to see anyway . Hope all is well with the family
damn 11$ for a kebab in Hua Hin sounds super pricy. Soon enough you wont be able to get any food for cheap anymore as they modernize everything.
Beef is just expensive to import they put a good amount on and the bread is brilliant, for a combo meal i think its great. Everything is getting expensive worldwide
@@jonnyasia Kebab meat is Lamb mate ! You've spent far too much time @ the fish counter🤣
@radleysmith7528 A doner kebab is thin slices cut from a cylindrical block of minced and seasoned meat (beef, lamb or chicken) grilled …
NOT JUST LAMB!
The houses look good, like the first one. Looking forward to trying the Kebob, that is where i get my car washed all the time.
Hello mate, they are really amazing you can get the car wash and enjoy a 12 inch in the mouth lol. Look forward to catching up with you mate when are you arriving?
@@jonnyasia I arrive Bangkok October 28, Hua Hin November 1. Looking forward to seeing you too.
Thx 4 the showings. I'm interested in what the best choices for a 1br on a short term (1-3 Months). If you get a chance, it might be a vid that a lot of people could relate to. Cheers!
Great video Jonny, keep up the good work mate. 👍
For 1 person it's to much for me.
But the villa looks good
Micke 🇸🇪
Pretty good prices compared to the average $2500 where I am in California
Great video Jonny!
You can rent an older Thai style non-estate located all concrete house in Rayong on a much larger lot for less than $350/ month.
But it isn't Hua Hin
I rode down Soi 94 this morning. Probably time they actually did something, the pipes aren't going to put themselves in the ground. Kebab looks good but its the same price as my local kebab store - Sims Kebabs in Ashfield.
Jonny, you rock! Love the houses, and you made me hungry with that Kebab. Peace
Gee, that was an amazing Kebab, big, plenty of beef and salad, I don't think that's expensive for what you got, you also got a Coke and Chips, bloody good deal I reckon. Nice to see you out doing the rentals again also mate
At 10 EUR, that is an expensive kebab 😮
For a combo i reckon it's ok, beef is expensive in thailand. I would honestly challenge anyone to show me a better kebab in Thailand to be honest
Yeah it's,a rip off. Looks like donar meat as well. Thought he was gonna put all that meat on then not just abit of it. A little expensive.
@jonnyasia Fair does. Is seafood cheap in Hua Hin?
Awesome property I’m going to look for something with one bedroom or more at less-low cost . I’m bringing my companion dog so I guess a condo is not suitable. Hopefully I can find something affordable in Hua hin .I don’t need anything that special.
Excellent video! You had me salivating at the end… In regards to the first villa.. What kind of additional expense should one expect when having a small pool as part of your rental? IE: Is the renter liable for pool upkeep and maintenance? Or does the owner take care of that? And just a ballpark, how much does having a pool add to your total cost over a year? Thai kitchens as a general rule are extremely basic as compared to western kitchens. What do people use should they want to bake? I don’t see any oven.. Are GE kitchen products available for sale in Thailand? If so, I would simply purchase a GE Advantium microwave. It is a microwave capable of both baking and microwaving. I’ve had one in my last two homes (25 years).. I’ve used the built in oven in my stove just once (thanksgiving turkey) since I purchased my home in 2007. Unless I’m making a sandwich or eating breakfast cereal every meal I make is done by my Advantium. GE makes both built-in versions as well as countertop versions. I would buy a countertop version and take it with me should I move. Please advise.
The MK1 looking fantastic.
The 12ins kebab was looking great as 😅
Looks very nice mate even a person comming to live in Thailand and renting it's very affordable
Thanks Mark it's great to know you see my point, thanks for watching :-)
Hey Jonny,
Those kebabs in Canada are called donairs and believe or not they're the same price as yours. You would think it would be cheaper in Thailand.I like when they grill them.
What about the new condos across the street from Berlins kebabs. Man I would probably eat their 3 times a week.
I liked the two rentals that you showed. I do like the idea of a pool just for cooling off but the new one is...new. Although the first one had more of a court yard and probably quieter.
Cheers 🍻
Great!
Good information Jonny.
I just met your girlfriend Som at the gym today.
I am planning to move to Thailand from USA but concerned about new Thailand Tax law.
Maybe you can make video about it.
Thanks, Greg
don't worry about a office , turn it into a walk-in wardrobe
lol or a cannabis plantation room 😀
Hi Jonny love your videos looking forward to retiring in Hua Hin next summer. Do you suggest using a real estate agent to look for a place or using sites like Market Place to find one. Cheers
Where Aussies your right a bigger fridge
Exactly mark that wouldn't even hold 1 night of beer for me let alone food lol
I would like to hear about the shower area . How it works with the water heater and no shower walls or curtains.
90% of water heaters in Thailand have the box above that runs the water though the heaters. I would prefer outdoor heather like in Australia but very rare to find
@@jonnyasiawe're lucky to have a central water heater in our house, Swedish built 😂
We just moved back to hua hin. we will check out the "Kay Bobs" as my thai wife would say
lol great please do i hope you enjoy it as much as i do lol "Kay Babs" love it :-)
@@jonnyasia I am waiting for your portrait to hang in my living room. One like you presented to Joe and Gift for their new house warming, crackin classic...
Great video
Good to see a report of the new kebab place, but the price - wow! I'll stick to buying from the lady in Bluport. What I miss about UK kebabs, apart from the fact none that I used sold processed meat like the 'beef' here - it really should be lamb - but that's too pricey here, is the sauce. A good home made chilli sauce is what makes and breaks a really good kebab, and here, it's just the standard stuff available anywhere.
Turn that 3rd bedroom into a music studio easily
Thanks jonny
No Worries Michael glad you found it helpful :-)
Johnny - great job .... Please, please make sure the toilet is flushed and the door is closed 🤢
Apart from that, love your content 😂🎉😂
That was just brown water from the dirty pipes don't worry no floaties in there lol
Oooompphhh😬@@jonnyasia
Jonny, the first house says use Facebook link, and the Facebook sends you back to the video - so not sure anyone will be able to get any details - very Thai system though!
These look great but it seems difficult to obtain a long term visa for a year or longer without tying up lots of money in a thai bank. Do you have any suggestions on this? Thanks! 🙏
Google map links are not working mate.
Sorry Chris should be working now :-)
2nd house .....no undercover parking ......a must have in Thailand. 😢
Yeah i agree you could but up temp car cover i guess, but i def noticed that walking also lance
@@jonnyasia 👍👍
Johnny, do they have lease inspection in thai?
Not really most agents are 2 lazy, i am sure it also depend on the price of the rental but i have never had any inspection in 14 years living in Thailand
At 32.5, baht to US$ .Today at Market Village Makes 22000 baht $677 a month.
What did i have did i make a mistake? lol
If you rent a house with all that furniture, how do you get the beds out to repurpose some bedrooms (apart from the master of course)
your due for another WOODYS BAR REVIEW
Funny you should say that Geoff i just did a walkaround bintabaht this afternoon and woody is in the video i will post the video tomorrow on my other channel Jonny Asia Live & Roam www.youtube.com/@JonnyAsiaLive
@@jonnyasia , think I'll marry you !! 555555
Great video Johnny. I’m coming in December for 3months. Can you direct me to a great contact for a two bedroom condo. Thank you
I find the Kebab pretty expensive to be honest. Even cheaper here in Germany. 😉
Yes l agree, but no doubt when l am mullered l will fall into one.
For a combo i reckon it's ok, beef is expensive in thailand. I would honestly challenge anyone to show me a better kebab in Thailand to be honest
@@jonnyasia McDoner in Pattaya goes quite well
How much to buy a house like these?
How long is a piece of string? I would guess around 2-3 million range
Nice house but where are the closets to store your cloths and stuff? I see this as a trend in Thailand, not very practical in many cases (even condos). Great price though! Oh, and this is about the first house. Closets way too small and zero storage there.
Bed, table, wardrobe etc 😂 Stating the obvious 😂 Just kidding mate, thanks for sharing 👍
Any time! Thanks for watching :-)
I see the place holders but no active map links.
How far is the first house from the town centre, please?
$16.. sheesh.. almost the same price as back home mate 😂
For a combo i reckon it's ok, beef is expensive in thailand. I would honestly challenge anyone to show me a better kebab in Thailand to be honest
In this area, do people prefer to live on the beach, or hills , in estates such as these?
Also, looks like you don’t really have any experience in handling the 12’. Maybe in future cut it in half or even in 3, so you can manage it. Cheers from Melbourne 😜
Hello Johnny, is that $500 AUD per month?
Jonny how much would it cost to have someone take care of the pool.
Great Video Johnny ! Saw some of the rents going up with the coming high season and those were great places for someone on a budget, cant get anything that nice for that cost here in the states in any major city. Love that kabob place and Soi 94 is coming along :) Hope all is well :)
Expensive kebabs. Western Europe prices. 10 Euro for a beef kebab. 🤯
Actually more expensive. To each their own. But locals probably can't afford it and tourists and long stayers either and if they can they won't be a regular costumer. I predict they won't survive very long. Maybe Bangkok center. Anyway, i'm not buying it, literally and figuratively.
Johnny do you need a car for this spot very nice and reasonable. If so can you lease one there for a year or 6 months. Does a US driver license okay there.
NOT shy putting the beef on
The best very hard to get good beef kebabs in thailand mate, hope you are well buddy
@@jonnyasia every day is a struggle with no chance of improvement , but could be worse in someone else having it
Hi Jonny,
Good to see you again. The first house looks nice but you are not attractive like Miss Jira! 555. It may have been a quiet Soi until that real eastate agent with the modded loud Ford Escort showed up!
All new air-cons might seem nice, however, if they are the cheap and non-inverter, the electricty costs can be high. My experience was that my condo air-cons were cheaper but (kin fai yu yu) as the Thais say, and expensive to run. Running costs halved, when I replaced with inverter air-cons.
Doner Quesadilla? WTF is that? Mexican or Turkish? Sorry, but that Doner meat looks like what they serve in London at 3am after a night out on the piss. No thanks. Thai food better.
I miss our times with our good friend Ian.
Chok dee!
Eddie
I'll take a Gary's Sunday roast over that Kebab any day but seems they are hard to get these days
heard 2 hours ago floods there from raining
new home ok no shower screen I rather one so water not go everywhere the first house better the toilet outside a great idea heaps forigners live there so good for them
hello mr Jonny how thailand treating u so what now 10 years there u wouldnt want to come back to australia im sure hehe wow nice fence and pool u need as its hot $125 a week ok amazing the owners left to rent it out hey those wheels out u guard hehe lucky no rules here forget it anyway nice area $225 week
Jonny , I am moving to Hua Hin in January for the rest of my Life. I am looking for exactly this type of home ! What is the Rental contact please ?
Hugs
Charled
Hi Charles, both properties were a 12 month contract you could get maybe a 6 month contract but the price won’t be the same. There’s plenty available so don’t worry, all the best with the new move buddy. Hopefully see you around town sometime 👍😊
Hi Jonny looking forward to your videos were retiring next summer in Hua Hin. Do you suggest using a real estate agent to help look for a place or using sites like Market place to find one . Cheers
@@jonnyasia thank you Jonny
Berlin's Kebab aka Shawarma place
My goodness Thailand is getting expensive, 20 yrs ago homes like that were renting for 50 cents.
I need one. I am only one. I can spend 500 every month.
You are the best TH-camr in the world
Doner Kebab in Cambridge only £6:20
Where's the beef from? Jonny
None of the kitchens have western style appliances hard for a foreigner to get used too.
Jonny 👊
I could hear his German accent!
Prices aren’t cheap mate, get the same sort of doner kebab in Melbourne for the same price. Thought Thailand was supposed to be cheap? Maybe because Hua Hin is all faranged.
In the least expensive areas of America if you owned a house as this, the proper tax alone would be more than 500$ a month.
👍👍👍
🦘👍🇦🇺
Hello mate hope all is well :-) NRL tom who the $$ on?
not bhed good soize
lol i had to read that 4 timz
Despite the negative comments, this is super cheap for a single Canadian. In Canada, a house with a pool would probably cost $10, 000 a month just for rent, let alone the utilities
I hope to be moving there within 2 years
look the beast car haha yes kebab good not here there $20 now bugger pay that now what that in oz dollar the food cheap I heard wow $16 here costly but looks better there best with garlic never been thailand yet only philippines
$16 bit pricey for a kebab mate😊
For a combo i reckon it's ok, beef is expensive in Thailand. I would honestly challenge anyone to show me a better kebab in Thailand to be honest
Who would take the first one when you can have the second? Especially the furniture of the first one looks cheap/old. What was the noise in the background (second home)? 🤔
Building more homes
Johnny mentioned it was either frogs or crickets.
@@Avarua59 Oh okay, didn’t catch that. English is not my first language. Thanks mate 👍
Neither look particularly well designed 😢 three bedrooms so six people but only seats for two in lounge 😂😂
Houses very close together 😮😮
Wow ❗ you should have been a vet 😮
@@rogerward9492 To be fair you do need somewhere to accommodate those on the easy list. Didn't initially strike as suitable for pet keepers but the pool adds a new dimension, Johnny is raising some debate in the village whether there's a possibility to bring the Buffalo to his new keeper
Its just 500 usd a month, loose change
It’s 500 a month!! That’s crazy cheap, not sure you can be that picky for the price range and it looks clean.
Yeah, very cramped overall but likely because they are way cheap. Guessing a house in the $1000-1500 USD range would be way better??
Bargain!
I think so
doners not kebabs
When is Jonny's Kababs opening with Jonny doing a massive burnout in his Escort out the front each day at opening time!. Great video Jonny.
What a depressing lifestyle, lol
Ohh it's so depressing i cry myself to sleep every night lol
Typical Thai house. Nothing special but i wish Jonny would ask if pets are allowed???
12"inches, that what she said 😆😆😆
