Good Day Chef 🇺🇦🧑🍳. Just give me a nice piece of crusty buttered 🥖 Italian bread and I'm all in (sans dill). I'm surprised that the lemon doesn't curdle the cream. I remember as a kid we called Orzo "macaroni rice". Sometimes little footballs. Have you ever had Cactus 🌵 Pears.? I got some today at the Amish market, lots of seeds but tasty. Corn 🌽 and peaches 🍑 were abundant. 10c per ear and .99c lb for 🍑🍑. Definitely making my pan fried corn with 🌶️🌶️. Have a Blessed and Beautiful Holiday Weekend.🇺🇸✝️🇺🇦📖✌️💞🙏🥀🌽🍑😘
Good morning! Yes, crusty bread is a MUST for this recipe and lots of it. I find that if I add the lemon juice along with the wine and let it reduce, it doesn't curdle the cream. If you add it in later, it does. Maybe something about allowing the lemon juice to cook and reduce first does the trick? I think I've had them before! They do have tons and tons of seeds, which is probably why I didn't buy them again. I think they would be great if you strain them and make a cocktail! Thanks for watching and have a great week!

I squeezed them all except 3 and froze the juice in ice cube trays. I planted the seed as a joke and now it's close to 3 feet tall. Watch out for the thorns, I found out the hard way. I have to transfer the plant to a bigger pot or it's gonna choke on the roots. I also grow my own Saffron. Not bad for a one bedroom apartment 🚜. Always a pleasure. I would say, this Creamy Lemon Orzo Chicken Soup sure looks appealing as an appetizer, which gives a savory tasting with creamy texture on it. (I realized that one of the ingredients of cream soup is cream, after having it in Western restaurants for so many times.) A hurricane has struck in Hong Kong since today...🌀
