    불면증 때문에 자다가 깼을때 절대 하면 안되는 행동 시간 확인하는습관 목마르면 물을 천천히 조금만 마셔라 자다가 깨도 일어나지말자
    새벽불면증 다시 잠들고 싶다면 이렇게 하세요 횡경막호흡 점진적으로 근육을 이완 오늘도 채널H와함께 건강한 헤밀레 합니다 좋은정보 감사합니다 👍👍

    꼭 제얘기입니다
    자다깨면 너무잠이 안와서 스마트폰보고 또보고 그럽니다
    보지말아야 하는데 알면서도 잠이 너무 안오면 스마트폰에 손이 가네요 선생님 말씀대로 꼭 실천해 보겠습니다

    자다 깼을때~저의 이야기에요
    다행히 스마트폰 시계는 안보는데 주방에 있는 디지털 시계는 보긴해요 깨야할 시간이건 깨야할 시간이 많이 남았건 무조건 잠에 들이요^^ 물은 정말 조금 마시구요 (새벽에 일어나면 목이 많이 마르는건 제가 한번 댓글단 기억이 납니다^^)
    오늘 영상은 제게 맞춤인것 같아서 더 소중하고 감사한 영상입니다^^♡

    숨을 들이마시면서 배가 어떻게 팽창하나요?
    내쉬면서 배가 팽창하는거 아닌가요? 해보니

      근본 원리는 복식호흡과 같습니다만 횡격막의 존재를 의식하면서 조금 더 깊게 호흡을 하셔야 합니다

      복식호흡이라고도 합니다
      (코로 숨을 들이 마실때 배를 내밀고
      숨을 내밭을때는 반대로 배를 끌어 당긴답니다)
      네이버에 한번 복식호흡 쳐 보세요^^
