How about Thomas Jefferson and John Adams dying within 5 hours of each other exactly 50 years to the day of the signing of the Declaration of Independence? The list needs a revision....
There are some interesting sports coincidences. Here's one: For decades Elizabeth Ryan held the Wimbledon record for most career titles. She won 19, all in doubles or mixed doubles. In 1979 Billie Jean King was poised to win her 20th title (women's doubles.) Ryan was quoted as saying she didn't want to see her record broken. She died at age 87 the day before King broke her record.
Yeah, the coincidences with regard to the Titanic (Miss Jessup and The Wreck of the Titan) are stories that I've known about for years....and they never fail to give me the creeps.
lucy girl I believe the Tinanic was cursed. Remember, that creep of a guy said: even GOD couldn't sink this ship? Like if anyone could, he would certainly be able. Never temp GOD, on anything! Bad Karma, for sure. Then all of Ms. Jessup's misadventures.
It wasn't based on a true story, what happened was that in 1900 a man wrote a book about a massive ship called the Titan that was supposed to be unsinkable and yet it hit an iceberg in the Atlantic ocean and sank, another eerie coincidence about the book (which was written fourteen years before the tragic maiden voyage of the Titanic) was that a lot of people drowned because there wasn't enough lifeboats for everyone aboard. When the book was written it was complete fiction then obviously fourteen years later the Titanic sank and it was so eerily similar to the book that had been published fourteen years before the Titanic disaster, with so many details being the same e.g. 1. The name of the ship 2. The fact it was meant to be unsinkable 3. The fact it sank by hitting an iceberg 4. There not being enough lifeboats on board 5. Even the smallest details like the band playing to the very end and stuff like that Made a few people believe that the person who wrote the book was some kind of clairvoyant and he had had a vision about what was going to happen to the Titanic
Lucy's Mom I doubt he missed the joke. You know those people that try to make a joke but instead sound uncultured? You know that’s a joke but at the same time for you this person is the typical McDonalds eating uncultured American. Sorry for the rest of USA citizens I I’m not generalizing but we know that this kind exists. At least that’s what I picture in my head first when I read this kind of comments.
Kerrie Wilson I think this is one of those mysteries that will remain unsolved. I don’t believe in people claiming to see future or predicting future I do believe in the coincidence but in this case there too many coincidences to the point that the author literally describes the tragedy fourteen years before it happened. Titanic was a unique kind of ship that wasn’t even constructed or designed while the author wrote the story but he described it. This case really makes me question myself and my beliefs.
my great grandma suddenly said shell be leaving this time and she literally did pass away then, i think wise old ppl somehow know when itll come idk why
They said the twins were killed by a truck. Did they catch the person(s)? I want to say person since maybe they wanted one dead and when they saw the other didn't know if they killed the right twin so take the other one out to make sure.
Look at the photos of Edgar Allan Poe. Never a happy face and really a quite disturbed look as I see it. Those stories of his definitely seem like they came from that face.
My mother's Aunt and my father aunt were both nurses during WWII. They were both working on the same hospital ship, in the same ward. Both women passed away before my parents met so we'll never know if they were friends, but they almost certainly knew each other.
If they were they never saved letters from the other. They almost certainly know each other, but of course you don't always like the people you work with. We only know they were on the same ship at the same time.
Eric Taylor Im sure they had some kind of camaraderie as Im sure there were very tough times on the ship. Amazing coincidence, reminds us how small the world really is
No, not surely. Even though they PROBABLY were at least somewhat friendly, they could have despised each other. Tough conditions tent to intensify feelings if dislike, if they exist.
The book that seems to predict the sinking of the Titanic is called Futility, not "The Wreck of the Titan" just in case anyone is confused by the narration. It contains MANY astonishing similarities. Of course not everything is identical but the similarities are enough to make anyone take notice.
Maybe, just maybe, he was the chubbiest guy. Couldn't they have just drawn straws and taken turns slicing off a piece of the losers' buttocks, and then draw straws the next day and see who they were going to have over for dinner?
Ummm, correction -- The White Star Line was a shipping company -- not a ship builder. The Titanic was built by Harland and Wolff Heavy Industries -- a company which specializes in ship building.
They say one of my classmates predicted the exact day of his death. As far as I know, he did not say the day to anyone. But, he did behave strangely before his death and then it just happened.
Which part are you asking about? :) Why did I know about him not saying which day? 'Cause I met more of his family and friends, when he died. I also said, "As 'far' as I know'".
Imagine being the guy on a ship who's most expendable because your the cabin boy that you find out your going to get murdered and eaten by the others, that would be a horrifying thought
"The wreck of the titan" book INSPIRED the sinking of the titanic. Theres a big conspiracy where the ship that sank was disguised as the titanic but actually was the olympic (they were twin ships so no one would notice). Remember the Olympic suffered a crash with the HMS Hawke ? It was after that where J.P.Morgan and the white star line decided they would get a serious insurance bail out if they switched it with the titanic and had it sunk. Apparently the wreck currently on the ocean floor had a couple of its large rivited letters fall off that spelled "titanic", and underneith were the letters "M, P" ...OLYMPIC. If you look up the life of the olympic after the crash with the HMS hawke, it somehow magically continued to be in service working at 100% for over 30 years, which would be impossible if it was the ship that had survived a crash of that magnitude. Which further leads to speculation that the twin ships were switched to be apart of some huge insurance scam.... Its really the olympic on the ocean floor, and we can thank J.P. Morgan and all those other greedy bastards for it !
The details of the Titanic's design and intended sailing route were not secret; it's very possible the writer knew of these plans (it's about like knowing of a skyscraper being planned today) and simply wrote what he'd heard. He guessed the named correctly, but that may not have been much of a stretch. Guessing that a ship may be sunk by an iceberg was also not a stretch, because it did happen on that route.
8solange I was always disturbed by the book Life of Pie. Movie leaves out all the horror. Basically its about a little boy who watches his parents murdered then eaten over the course of days on a life boat. He blocks out the trauma of it by imaging that their the zoo animals. He even imagined the tiger whos name in the book was Richard Parker. The author I guess named the tiger after a poor man who had been cannibalized in real life. I tell you the book is still haunting me now that I learned the Richard Parker coincidence. The books cover states the story will make you believe in God. Jesus ......after that book I believed in evil. I just dont get it. Theres just something strange in the whole damn thing.
About the two Finnish twins' bike accidents. Pictures are wrong. Those two old guys were riding on old bikes on a busy road with lots of trucks in a snowstorm! One to get his hair cut in a nearby village. If an old guy does that, it's not surprising he gets killed. And if his stubborn brother does it an hour later and dies, too,, that not surprising either.
I've literally heard all of these before ... how come I'm supposed to be good at my job but these TH-cam channels are allowed to copy each other and be lazy
Samuel Clemens (aka Mark Twain) must have been "The Prince That Was Promised"! 😉 Twain being born and dying in the same years that Haley's Comet passed by Earth is well documented (very old news, in other words). I remember the last time Haley's Comet came around, this fact was repeated over and over in the media and in schools (the comet was a big deal, even more than this year's North American solar eclipse). However, it wasn't until just watching this that I wonder if GRRM was inspired by that when writing the major prophesy in ASOIAF (Game of Thones) series? 💫
1950,S ROCK SINGER RITCHIE VALENS HAD REPEATED NIGHTMARES ABOUT DYING IN A PLANE CRASH. HE DIED IN A PLANE CRASH WITH THE BIG BOPPER&BUDDY HOLLY AFTER WINNING A COIN TOSS. KNOWING WHAT ASPECTS OF HEAVEN ARE LIKE, YOU MIGHT SAY HE DID DIE A WINNER.
Why would someone make a comment about someone suffering from his wife's death without knowledge of it???? Seems suspicious!!!!! Rest of it was cool though
hatednyc The real Richard Parker probably couldn't even read. He had never even probably heard of Poe let alone the story. Those hard ship laborers didnt lounge around back then reading novels.
I think maybe (the first one) they all read Poe's story, and when it happened, they intentionally killed Richard Parker BECAUSE of Poe's story. hmmmm.....

Are there any weird coincidences we left out of the video?
How about Thomas Jefferson and John Adams dying within 5 hours of each other exactly 50 years to the day of the signing of the Declaration of Independence? The list needs a revision....
Why don't you number your incidents or stories in your videos? It makes it much easier to follow if you start doing so. Please consider.
Grunge Back To The Future 2 almost predicted the Cubs winning the World Series
The Lincoln/ Kennedy "connection".
How about the fact that I've already heard all these stories in other videos about coincidences?
Ooooh! Creepy!
THANK YOU FOR NOT BEING A ROBOT!
DITTO! I will click away with the first freaking word. HATE robotic voice. Gahhh!
😂😂😂😂😂YEAH that shit is creepy

One weird coincidence is that..........Titanic was based on a true story!
That was really well thought. Good one, man.
thank god, no jack

I'm reading Jessop's book right now. Holy crap, what a woman!
I read it a few years ago. Interesting read. Good thing there wasn't a fourth ship in that class for her to serve on!
Pfft. If she'd been a man, she would've drowned.
She joked that her hair kept her afloat.
Bunny Bustard what's the name of the book? I always tell my husband that I will never drown because my rack will keep me afloat.
laser325 lol
my great grandma suddenly said shell be leaving this time and she literally did pass away then, i think wise old ppl somehow know when itll come idk why
celestial_flourescent adolescent_ecstasy omg so did my aunt, she was 56. My Great grandfather said the same thing. He died that afternoon.
*I've never seen your channel before, but I like it a lot!*
Just subscribed!
On the Titanic, they served "Iceberg Lettuce " in their salads, True fact, Irony!
That’s not irony. It’s coincidence. Also “true fact” is redundant.
Thank you for posting! Love stuff like this!
They said the twins were killed by a truck. Did they catch the person(s)? I want to say person since maybe they wanted one dead and when they saw the other didn't know if they killed the right twin so take the other one out to make sure.
im finnish & from helsinki and ive never heard of a case like that. the story sounds fake.
Boy, Jessup's bad luck streak was pretty rough.
Trey Owen Maybe she caused all three "accidents"? 😱😱 If I were travelling by ship I'd check the list to see if she was on board....
Trey Owen was it bad luck streak or a good luck streak? lol ask the ones who died who was lucky..oh yea.
Maybe she was a Jonas. (Look it up).
Look at the photos of Edgar Allan Poe. Never a happy face and really a quite disturbed look as I see it. Those stories of his definitely seem like they came from that face.
BrewBlaster Poe albeit a literary genius was strange all around. He married his 13 year old cousin for crying out loud.
I don't think that was viewed as strange in his day and age. Heck, Jerry Lee Levis did the same more than a century later.
Not bad info....
Bear in mind that the white star line OWNED the ships.
They were BUILT by Harland and Wolf.
The forces of good and evil are both mysterious.
Maybe someone didnt like one of the twins and ran down both thinking it was the same guy
My mother's Aunt and my father aunt were both nurses during WWII. They were both working on the same hospital ship, in the same ward. Both women passed away before my parents met so we'll never know if they were friends, but they almost certainly knew each other.
Eric Taylor Wow! Now that is a real coincidence. Have you no evidence at all they were friends or anything?
If they were they never saved letters from the other. They almost certainly know each other, but of course you don't always like the people you work with. We only know they were on the same ship at the same time.
Eric Taylor Im sure they had some kind of camaraderie as Im sure there were very tough times on the ship. Amazing coincidence, reminds us how small the world really is

Great job
England is my Berlin
CRAP GORILLA 202 you were first and this is what you chose?
E N G L A N D I S M Y B E R L I N
CRAP GORILLA 202 can I get some context on this?
And one more fact that there’s in fact a record of a third class passenger who died on the Titanic and his name was Jack Dawson
The book that seems to predict the sinking of the Titanic is called Futility, not "The Wreck of the Titan" just in case anyone is confused by the narration. It contains MANY astonishing similarities. Of course not everything is identical but the similarities are enough to make anyone take notice.
Correction: "The Wreck of the Titan: Or, Futility"
"I DON'T believe in coincidences!" Leroy Jethro Gibbs: NCIS.
Kennedy and Lincoln are by far the most bizarre coincidences ever.
When you try to do a creepy video and you have happy 80s tv music LOLOL
That nurse's story sound like something straight out of "Final Destination".
But did they eat him because his name was Richard Parker ?
Donna Koontz my thoughts exactly THEY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING
Maybe, just maybe, he was the chubbiest guy. Couldn't they have just drawn straws and taken turns slicing off a piece of the losers' buttocks, and then draw straws the next day and see who they were going to have over for dinner?
Loved the one about the twins.
"There are two things that I don't believe in: coincidence and leprechauns" - Buffy
Sara onthefly as a leprechaun I find that so offensive.
isn't richard parker also the name of the tiger in Life of Pi? Is that a reference to this real story?
I haven't read it. Is the tiger eaten?
Neeta Lachmandas yep, Ang Lee (the author of the novel) got the name from the mignonette in 1884 :)
Ah, that's super cool!!
Neeta Lachmandas yep, it is!!
It was written by Yann Martel, not Ang Lee
Primal Scream recorded a song called 'Bomb the Pentagon' before 9/11. They had to rework it & it became 'Rise' instead.
Wow. Now that was an interesting video
Those who were born in 1986 (comet Haley) they r lucky to probably leave with it on 2061 !
It's a short-period comet visible from Earth every 74-79 years
Ummm, correction -- The White Star Line was a shipping company -- not a ship builder. The Titanic was built by Harland and Wolff Heavy Industries -- a company which specializes in ship building.
Rynard Moore Indeed! My home overlooks where she was built.

that nurse was like unsinkable molly!

Nowhere near a weird as this:One day, I made eight sandwiches. Afterward, I ran out of bread on THE SAME DAY
the first coincidence, every law student have to study in general defenses

My birthday is April 21st........... Great video btw!
So that one guy's parents definitely shouldn't have named him "Richard Parker." But what the odds?
This morning I wet-farted on the bathroom rug... JUST AS I HAD DONE THE DAY BEFORE.
I've had a few weird coincidences happen in my life x

Richard Parker eh? Never knew spideys dad was that old
Richard Parker was also the name of the tiger in The Life of Pi.
Kate Spencer lol, I thought the name was familiar!
Kate Spencer that's because The Life of Pi is based on that particular book.
8solange I was always disturbed by the book Life of Pie. Movie leaves out all the horror. Um. Thats the RMS Georgic...
It was a White Star Line vessel so close enough I guess.
Sub? Yes . On the strength of these most interesting tales . *Thumbs up for no gaddam robot voice.* Sukkit robot !
I have a friend at my church who's name is Morgan Robertson. He's a lawyer.
Violet jessep is either a demon or the luckiest, toughest women to ever live!
Jessup definitely had something to do with the siblings 😂

Story#2 moral Don't sail on ships with names ending in "ic"
Miss Jessup was a stewardess on the olympic and Titanic she was a nurse on the Britannic.
Eric Idle: "No, I still prefer to eat Johnson"
Btw my story of Arthur Gordon Pym has been continued by Jules Verne (but no one has been eaten there) ...
The wrestlers comment about his wifes death before they all died for some reason made me think of some kind of time travel.
What if the sinking of the Titanic wasn't a coincidence, what if the book was used as a plan?
Richard Parker was a fool. Why would you take work on THAT ship?
hatednyc The real Richard Parker probably couldn't even read. He had never even probably heard of Poe let alone the story. Those hard ship laborers didnt lounge around back then reading novels.
I call bull-puckeys on these "coincidences."
I wouldn't say Twain came in with a comet. Unless his mom was in labor for two weeks (bless her if she was) he came after it.
1:09 It's frightful bad luck to bring a woman aboard!
The story about the twin brothers on bikes is odd. I have heard the same story but they were both in cars.
Okay is it just me or does the nurse one seem a little creepy to anyone ??? I think someone should really do some investigation into that lady
If you reverse “all girls are the same” by juice wrld, you can hear something along the lines of “December 8, 19” and he died December 8th 2019
all the ones involving the Lincoln and Kennedy assassination but I think we have all heard those a million times.
She did it
Sounds like Nurse Jessup is a jinx
Kristen225 Exactly what I was thinking! ;)
Kristen225 seems very bizarre doesn’t it?
Kristen225 what is a jinx??
Never go to sea with Tom Hanks..Some state in USA had 2 cars in total they ran into each other.
I think maybe (the first one) they all read Poe's story, and when it happened, they intentionally killed Richard Parker BECAUSE of Poe's story. hmmmm.....
NO people. ...how about miss Jessup being the reason each Ship Sank in the 1st place.. they sank because SHE was on them
The comet story is spooky ..😨😨😨😨
that Jessop lady might be kin to the Kennedy's lol
Physical time travel is not possible but events can be bent, known and even caused to happen or not.
-1 for the music. It was awful, intrusive and unnecessary.
White Star Lines was not a ship builder, they were a service provider.
It would be like calling Southwest Airlines an airplane builder. Boeing is the airplane builder,.
WELL WELL.. here is the prediction in the next two years people will sell themselves for a morsel of rice!
The X Factor had a lot more of this.
I believe coincidences are just situations provided for people to make a right or wrong choice. Everything happens for a reason. Choose Wisely!!
The woman that was on those famous ships that either sank or blew up. Who would go on a cruise with her
There was a man from Nantucket, when asked to like and subscribe said f.......
The first one has nothing to do with coincidence! 46 years later, different place and minus the mutiny... Like Justin Beiber looks like Martin Mandella, except he's not dark skinned, He is much younger and Martin Mandella has a brain!
NO people!! ...how about miss Jessup being a Jona. ...and ALL those ships sank because SHE was on them
Maybe whomever managed to sink the Titanic DID READ THE BOOK & said- "This could be a good blueprint. Use this to kill off my enemy fokes!"
Wasn't that book called "Futility"?
the title of unsinkable was given to Titanic after it sank.
Richard Parker was the name of the Tiger in Life of Pi movie.
Wow mark Cuban
hmm I need more prove than to just believe in this mere coincidence... but interesting
wow why my life really is boring
this prove that the women is bad luck. she brings bad luck to all the three ships😂😂
Could have used some astronomical guidance here. It's obvious the narrator has no understanding of comets, Halley's or otherwise.
Is a creepy coincidence related to science?
Where the twins hit by the same truck?
What about enzo Ferrari and mesut özil
Oh shit. I live near Stanford...
