Sir at 19:05 y did u use only diffusion current density.? There is forward bias applied so there should be drift current also na...? Could you please clarify..

To derive current equation of diode you considered only diffusion concept. Why drift effect is not considered ????

Yup..reverse saturation current is always present in any biased condition as it depends on temperature..so no change
