    Sir actually i understand the diffusion and recombination concept but i didnt understand about that continuity equation? To be exact i didnt understand the second point at 11:45 mins

    Sir why their is no negative sign in net increase in electron concentration per unit time

      Here electrons are diffusing, so net charge depends on the distance and initial and final concentration of electrons

      ramanjaneyulu jagannadh to flow 1A current 1/q no.of electrons should cross a unit area in 1sec...that's why we are dividing with q

    3)sir these two effects will they occur at a time ?

      see generation and recombination will be same..so we can take one effect

      because when we generate 100 electrons they will recombine with holes later

      How it will be same sir generation is increasing manner and recombination is decreasing manner could please elaborate Sir I have much confuse that one

      see whenever there is generation in same way recombination happens..practically generation rate = recombination rate...suppose in n-type semiconductor 100 electrons are there, due to light illumination at one side there will be a diffusion towards other side, whenever these electrons are moving to other side, those electrons will recombine with the holes and disappears..thats why we say generation rate = recombination rate
