And as the Reverse Bias voltage increases the Barrier potential becomes wider And wider as a result Internal Electric field also increases. So how covalent bond break due to Internal Electric field?

Due to minority carriers. Strong electric field pulls them from their bonds and pushes them towards the positive terminal of source.
