I was drawing a blank until the last few seconds. Now I remember this episode. It's the one with Elaine's cleavage. One of the handful of episodes with Elaine's cleavage.

One thing that makes Seinfeld such an interesting time capsule of the mid-90s is how Jerry invites an ex girl who he had 3 dates with who comes into his diner yelling at him, to eat with them.
Also, in all honesty how many ex-girlfriends have you remained very good friends with? I mean Jerry really only has 3 close friends and one of them is his ex-girlfriend.

I don't think you should be taking relationship advice from a fictional sitcom. Lots of things exaggerated for comedic value. "Women" or "men" aren't a monolith, everybody is different with different personalities and life experiences, there's no one "catch all" piece of advice other than being a decent, considerate person (not a doormat).
Kramer closes the door when he comes in but in the next scene when Jerry stands up and walks to the kitchen it's open.

I've accused Julia's stylists of an Annie Hall fixation in the past but looking at Diane Keaton in that flick, it's clear that Elaine Benes was a much snappier dresser. The shoes in this episode look like they were made for her and no-one rocks a jacket quite like Lainey. I rarely focus on such things, but harking back to the other TV series of the 90s very little sticks in my mind. This is one of very few shows where I can watch an old episode without thinking 'Wow - that did NOT age well'.
