It’s 100 today. 🥵 Wish had someone to thrift with. My two best friends that were also my sisters died two months apart two years ago. I love when you come on. You make me laugh when you found something exciting. My sister Teresa would always say get in the car, get in the car, get in the car. 🤣

Wow! That was an absolutely amazing estate sale. I’m sure you two could have spent hours there sifting through all those vintage wares. I kept trying to guess what this woman’s occupation was. Maybe a florist with all those flowers and baskets she had and a part-time doll restorer? Anyway, it looks like you both made out with some great finds! I agree ...loved those vintage Halloween paper treat sacks! So enjoyed watching your video..keep them coming.

That sale was epic! I can't believe all the wonderful goodies you found and on the second day. Sometimes I think it's good to go after the rush of early entries because you can take your time and dig. That house was incredible!!! I was getting anxious just watching you two go through that basement and the girls room! OMG what wonderful things to see and purchase! I think I would have wanted every Christmas item there! I love the Holt Howard piece too! I’m so glad y’all were there and got to go through it all! Just amaZING!!!
OXY is fantastic and does a great job but there’s another thing for specific areas like Janine’s Santa and around the flocking of the hat and the coupling area you could use shout and just spray it in those areas and watch it drip off and then just put it under the sink sprayer lightly and just rinse it out and then repeat. That might help but Shout is a good way to get specific areas and then just rinse clean instead of saturating everything because some things do you have cardboard or paper in them like you said. It’s just a suggestion I’m no mastermind but I know what I’ve used before and it’s done wonders
this video reminded me of things we got at xmas time when we were kids. the little red elves with there arms wrapped around there knees. thanks for the reminders of happy xmas times.

I love the celluloid snowman with the hat. I've had one my entire life. And the little candles like I bought for 15 cents around 1960. I still keep looking for them but they're not 15 cents. The room with all the dolls is freaky.
Those cards are real treasure to junk journal makers. I'd kill for the boxes of them I saw you pan past in the basement. The boxes themselves are sometimes works of art!
I discovered last year that I could improve the look of the red cold-paint on my Vintage Santa mugs, etc. with the enamel paint that they sell in the model car section of Michael's. They had the exact same color! I'm one that doesn't think that vintage items should be changed, but I had a few mugs with almost no red paint left on them and I'm much happier with them now. I'm torn about your cleaned elf. It is so much whiter and that is amazing. It doesn't look very vintage anymore, though, so I think I'd leave them uncleaned myself.
Those tiny picks were used in ladies coursages when everyone had to have one ! . . 💐 . . It's so unusual to find new ones ! . . 😲 What a great place for treasuring, but a nightmare for anyone that had to clear that estate ! . . 😳

Awesome video guys, loved the neat findings, I have a Santa mug like that, I just love it, I got it from a group of sisters ( nuns) I worked for at there sale when they left our community. They all were up in age so they retired. I believe they let me have mine for under $ 5.00

You know I saw those Halloween treat bags and if you wanna make some money sell them each individually because people collect those and put those in frames on their wall with other cards and paper items you could probably sell each one for seven to $10 because they’re so unique and Janine you can just keep the bag that they came in and keep a couple for yourself. It looks like there’s quite a few in there and you could really make some money. Again just a suggestion because I’ve seen this on other sites and people absolutely love trick-or-treat bags and if they don’t have one of these in their collection shit they’ll be willing to pay up to $10 for one or more. Good find you guys did really good it was an exciting video🎃👻🎄💚And I am glad you guys are saving a lot of stuff even though it’s damaged it will never be made again in this world like that and just to know there is something out there existing that was made so long ago is super exciting so thank you for saving things instead of the dumpster. Have you ever watched "The Repair Shop"? The Teddy Bear Ladies repair soft toys and are shown cleaning very old and fragile plush. They however don't submerge things. Although your little fellow cleaned remarkably well. I believe they are on TH-cam and IG.

I have the Holt Howard jam jar. I sold the rest of my collection but this was a duplicate so I kept it. They are some of my favorites! Great finds.
