I love how your art progresses from start to finish. You do something random, it sort of looks like something and then you develop on that idea. That's how it seems to me.
Thanks so much. These demos really add depth to the painting, something I struggle with. This is so very helpful. Your sharing your technique is very helpful.
This was SO fascinating! I watch you build shapes, and I am amazed! This is one video (along with many others) that I will need to refer to again and again! That house sure held a lot of inspiration for you - and now us! Thank you!
I don’t draw anymore what I paint. I want to paint what I feel and not worry about staying inside the lines. I used to paint ppl’s dogs and cats. I’d do their realistic style eyes and body shape outside but colors were abstract. They loved them. But I found it tensing and not fun anymore.
Bringing a bit of architecture into your abstracts is great. That's also what I've been doing as I've been an interior designer for over 40 years.
Thank you for watching "painting Light and Shadow Shapes." As always, I appreciate your support!

What a beautiful painting! It’s like a dream of home. My favorite yet. 🥰
