On those trucks you have to press a button the activates the packing blade, He was just waiting to long to do it, or on some of this trucks if they are poorly maintained you have to stop so they can pack.

It sounded awesome! I've never seen a cart get hoppered by a Python before. I bet it must be hard for the packer blade to catch up.
