Saw one of these on a Prince Motors however it only had two prongs instead of three. Can the two prong truck pick up 35 gallon carts without the possibility of it falling into the hopper?

Yea, I think the arm is a bad design and it's not as smooth as other asl I've operated, you can't get in tight spaces either between vehicles
