He sold out when he bought a tundra v6.
We've come this far together I vote that Jose films the finish. ❤
+1 for this
Me too!
Agreed 💯! 👍👍

I own an LS430, and i plan to keep it until the wheels fall off. So my vote is yes, keep up with the LS430 content.
Considering this LS has 600000 miles and the wheels have been abused yet still immaculate, the sun will be a cinder before then.
AMD, The car looks excellent so keep the LS 430 videos coming. I am confident 1,130,000 subscribers will agree you are doing a fine job choosing content for the videos.😉😉 I hope those who can make it to the meet have a great day. 🥳🥳
The best humble mechanic on TH-cam by far. 👍🇬🇧🇺🇸🇬🇧🇺🇸
What about the humble mechanic lol
Don’t trust people who try to be too humble man..
There’s only one Humble Mechanic. That’s Charles for this don’t know. 😊
Remember, in America, the American flag comes first!🇺🇸

People like MrBeast 😂 everyone believes his scam
the quality, content and genuine nature of this channel is unrivalled. I don't even own a Toyota and enjoy this channel immensely. No click bait, no gimmicks, no over the top BS - those other content creators know who they are. Keep up the amazing work.
You should get a Toyota for your next car 😉
I agree!
@@iabarreraI agree I bought my first toyota last year a tacoma trd off road absolutely love it.
🙌🙌🙌🙌
At this point, this LS 430 belongs in a museum.
A super stunner. Dream to watch this complete rebuild. Bushyboy Oz.
It’s kinda in one😉
Upon may be right …..but if I did all this work to it I would want to enjoy it and drive it…..but only on nice days not rain or snow.
Gorgeous! Toyota needs to give you some kind of award for all this restoration! Lets see the back-up camera install too!
We’d love to see the restoration process 👊🏼
Like watching a movie with lots of flashbacks. Also, that rooster crow thing; That was the first indication that you were not a Chicago native. Your mastery of the English language is extraordinary ! !
Your life story from war torn Iraq, to one of America's most respected and loved Toyota technicians, with over one million followers on TH-cam is worthy of a book or even a movie.
Agree
Very well said. 👍
Here in the Netherlands everyone is glued to the TV for the soccer championship, but I'm settling down to watch this.
Your LS content is one of my favourites on TH-cam so please keep it coming!
The best time to take a walk, almost no-one is out.
edit: Or even better, to take a drive around town.
…and yet they manage to lose again 😢
She’s a beaut, AMD! She’s a beaut! I’d love to see the last remaining restoration process.
Don't dream of selling it. It will outlast most other cars, and still be a great drive for many years.
I've been driving LS430s for 16 years and my present one is 24 years old. European Spec. with air suspension and soft close doors.
Wish I could make it across the Atlantic to your meet, have a great time with the enthusiasts. Thanks for the videos.
I see that V12 Toyota Century!!!
Ahmed, you are not “just a mechanic” you are the guiding light to all of us shade tree wrenchers.
i got a shade dungeon that has no ventilation and smells like garbage and sewage lol the bad part if one had a literal tree though is you dont want tree debris on your car either
Part3 please! AMD we have come this far, let's go the rest of the way. Love restoration like this. The fun and the pain of it all. love it!
Continue the restoration videos! I’ve enjoyed every video you’ve made on this vehicle! 👏🏽
the pearl iridescent looks so amazing on this vehicle! AMD, you've knocked it out of the park with this one.. just amazing! Jason and his team did a remarkable job also. Let's see the remainder of the fixes and a drive in the final product.
I had a 2013 ES350 with this pearl paint. Amazing color
One of the best cars ever made. I have an 05. You did a fantastic job on this one
Film the last steps! I need to have a library of content that will serve as a guide for anything I chose to do to my own "low mileage" LS430 (only 170K).
Of course I want to see all the work you put into this car!!! 😇
Hands down my favorite car on TH-cam and I have learned so much for my own UCF30 LS430.
Yes film the work so literally everything is on video. Great stuff!
I would like to see the full restoration. You're fun to watch.
A good detailer & PDR technician is worth his or her weight in gold. The car looks amazing.
As the original owner of a 2006 Mercury Metallic Custom Luxury LS430 with 21k rust-free Southern California desert miles on the clock, I want to first give a huge thank you to you AMD, your camera tech Jose, and your professional detailer Jason for this invaluable video series. PLEASE continue to share the additional updates to this amazing car with us, from springs/struts to front windshield, etc., so we can continue to learn, and enjoy, how repairs and maintenance on this best-ever Lexus are correctly performed. I just wish I was geographically closer to your shop, I would fully trust you with maintaining my "baby"! Thanks again, your channel is outstanding. 👍
🙌🙌🙌🙌
Wow. How u have so low miles ? Most folks have literally walked more since 2006. How many cars do you own? Also, is that you Jay Leno? Lol
You'd be surprised how many people ship their cars cross country to have him service their cars.
Maybe consider bringing that beauty to the meet up on August 10? We’d all love to see it, even this Honda guy.
Respray and PDR was a great move. I got PDR on my 2016 car and it was very worth it!
It's coming back to life!!
First of all, you are an amazing person in too many ways to list. Great to see the amazing journey fixing up your beautiful Lexus. Wishing you all the happiness and success!
Thanks to you my first car is an 03 LS430s I have been loving this thing!!!
Please keep doing videos working on the car - they are top notch!
I remember Jason from Chicago Auto Pros doing the initial interior cleaning. Did Jason and Chicago part ways? Excellent job on this Lexus LS 430. Thanks for bringing us along.
Looks brand new!
Yep.. sparkling
Color correction is an interesting art, where you go Way beyond the color code and get into spectrography numbers to nearly match the molecular level of paint accuracy. There's but a handful of people in the US that go that far and the equipment is stupid expensive, but man, when you can match paint that hasn't been made in 40 years, it's worth it!
As much as we all enjoy watching what you do, I'm sure you've got some fresh projects to reveal. 😉
Great work on the LS. Can't wait for the Century!
Amazing work from beginning to end. Testament to you and your teams skill and dedication and sadly a forgotten mindset by many including manufacturers of automobiles. This Lexus is incredible.
This series has been one of my favourites. Great vids keep em coming 🔥👌🏾
The CCN fans thank you Jason for a job well done
God bless you
I enjoy watching your channel
It's been an amazing process so far. You've turned a wrecking yard candidate into a gorgeous road going classic. I hope you'll film those last punch list items, it's definitely worth the effort, and will be a pleasure to watch.
Love this. You need to take this car to 1 million miles now!
What a beautiful car. Great work, let's see the wrap up and then get it out on the road and let's see a roadtrip!
Finally restored at Car Supplies Warehouse with Jason Otterness
I have an Avalon 2007. Clean like this one the previous owner really took care of it. Even the engine bay is cleaner than new cars. The only damaged area is the hood in the form of rock chips.
Please show us everything you do. It is such a joy to see a man that genuinely enjoy and love his job. I will really miss seeing you and the car
Hope you covered the defroster vents before changing the windshield 😊
Man, as a guy who love to watch car restoration content, it's a huge proud and honor to be a viewer of the fisrt episode of the series at that time, seeing a man like you will work on this lovely car made me sure that it will be the best TH-cam series ever.. And after finishing it, it's ABSOLUTELY with no doubts THE BEST TH-cam SERIES EVER!
I really really hope you keep doing this kind of works (Car Restorations) which you are awesome in it..
All The Best🙏
Watching from Tokyo😮😢😅😊
😂😂😂😂😂
When you consider the amount of work and money you put into this car a new paint job was the only way to go.
Do it right or don't do it at all, right?
GREAT JOB!!!
He didn’t get a new paint job. Only some parts were blended
OH SNAP. I will work to show up with my 450.
This channel makes me feel better about my obsession with my truck. I’m a doctor and not a mechanic, but I’ve done every maintenance and repair needed on my 2000 tundra, including steering rack, LBJs, and radiator mostly because I don’t trust anyone else touching my truck.
You HAVE to finish it on video!
Never fails to make my day bro fr 😂
For longevity, I annually apply silicone di-electric grease to the weatherstrip. Smear it on and let it soak in so to speak and wipe off the excess. Do this and it will keep it from ever cracking or getting dry. Most car manufacturers recommend this in the owners manual. The LS looks great!
I’d love to see the process of changing the springs, struts, and steering.
He did so on the front of the car in the video of it just recently.
Definitely want to see a video on the suspension work, and even the backup camera install of possible :)
I vote for keeping the LS430 videos coming, as far as this car has come it would be a shame to miss seeing videos of the remaining few things left to be done to the LS430. I am beyond impressed with the care and quality of the LS430 video series so far, and honestly cant believe that is the same car that was at the start of this series. AMD your channel is amazing and all your work is beyond incredible in my opinion. I thank you for all the videos and your work is out of this world. This LS430 is all the proof anyone would need to see to know how well you can not only fix a vehicle but also how well you and your shop and employees can literally work miracles with some vehicles.
I’m eagerly awaiting the 1.2M mile update… please video all the work you do on the car.. not just the reveal!!
I surely want to see every restoration on the LS 430 . so continue filming the shocks n everything else related to the LS + the new gold LS you got!
Yes, we are still waiting for the formal debut of the second LS430.
Beautiful work this is insane. Truly the endless pursuit of perfection
If there is only one person who can get this car to a million miles it's you. Congrats and enjoy.
Love to see the suspension work
There is no substitute for true craftsmanship and experience. Its refreshing to see professionalism. Its becoming a lost art in a world of forgotten service and protocol. Most people will never understand or appreciate the talent and artistery it takes to make the end result look so refreshing. I applaud you and your team for an extraordinary job done well.
Please film the installation of the rearview camera. I want to install that, plus a front and rear dashcam, on my '99 GS 400. I can't wait. Thank you!
Used Krud Cutter to remove tint film adhesive on 4 windows before… it really cuts the adhesive… non toxic and no worries to damage interior parts, water based. Goo gone is petroleum based and prefer not to damage interior parts.
We want to see the suspension change !
Well done! I really enjoyed this video trip with you!
I wanna see the whole process! Thanks for the amazing content thus far!
Yes please i have loved the whole saga of the LS restoration.
Best mechanic ever, we need more LS 430 contents
I have one and i am planning to have another one soon ❤
you accomplished something absolutely amazing. I think you can wrap it up get to the conclusion. But congratulations for your work. a real pleasure to look at your videos
I got chills. It looks showroom-perfect. Beautiful.
Keep the LS videos coming, the back up camera install should be interesting.
Soon you will have achieved all that you set out to do.
Enter it into Pebble Beach Concours. Guaranteed trophy! 👍
I vote to see more of this series
FILM ALL OF THE WORK!!!! (Springs, struts, backup camera, etc.) WE WANT TO SEE IT ALL!!!❤❤ God bless you ☝🏽🙏🏽☝🏽🙏🏽
Excellent presentation. Thank you. I freaking love this car. Please do more with this car.
She's B E A U T I F U L ! ! When you look up the word "master", AMD's picture is there. I vote to keep the videos coming as long as it's not a problem for you. Wish I could come up to meet you. Great job sir.
The first look was unreal.....the kind of a moment that could make Real Car Guys cry. It looks so Incredible! This is beyond Impressive, and you guys are real Masters.....
I want to keep my RCF for 20 years. This video gives me hope. Great to see a person valuing what they have rather than going the next shiny thing.
I vote for videoing and demonstrating the strut and spring replacement.
So brilliantly done! really a great channel to watch and I always find this so relaxing to watch his videos... Quite therapeutic too!!
I'd like to see the backup camera and steering shaft done in another video! It looks so great and I'd watch any video featuring this car!
I wish I was in your area, I'd come to the meet with all 3 of our family Toyotas.
Very happy the car brings you so much pride and joy.
Sweet Ahmed, of course I’d like to see more work on the LS430 since mine is with you now. Thank you for sharing brother.
After you take off the seal, which leaves the glue. Try a caramel rubber wheel on your drill. We use them often. Am in the UK,so you might have a different wording for it. They work. Enjoying this one.
Film the rest of the work that's needed!
Jose !!! You are living a dream! Absorb and learn from the legend.
Hi AMD, not sure if you saw what Jason was using to remove adhesive earlier on your video - but 3M makes a rubberized rotary wheel for that task. All the best to you, Jim
There aren’t many of those around. Well done!👍
More LS content 🙏. Great series!
The car looks immaculate now! Great job on this! Would love to see you work on the springs too just to complete everything on the car. :)
Looks awesome! I got my 2016 Camry ceramic right after I bought it new. The paint still looks new 8 years later. No scratches and no swirls. Paint still smooth like glass.
Ty Sir..WHAT A TRANSFORMATION!!! WOW..It look s like you wne t back in time and walked into the Lexus dealership to view the new LS430..she is mint if not better than mint now. YES I vote for more adventures with your baby after this long and viewing hours of the work you have put into it I think show us the rest of the final work you do..and I may also suggest a nice long drive video when she is unleashed onto the road to cruise as she deserves with pure class dignity and style. Ty AMD it has been a beautiful journey to follow, right through all the of this I actually will miss seeing her so yes mate show us the rest and follow up videos as she ages gracefully but still as a beauty queen that she is now. And also what you managed to do to the door fold out storage you have not been able to source.
Keep Safe Keep Strong 🦘🦘🦘🦘❤❤❤❤
Yes I can’t get enough of this car. Just watching your calm , professional, fearless and respectful manner is therapeutic for me. Keep the videos coming. I have a 2017 LS460 and this is very relevant for me.
I hope there will be long finale for this LS430 project. We all agree to continue the LS430 journey. We want to see more content on this LS. Great job! Zayn!!
I think you should enter it into a Toyota Car Show or at least just go to one! I bet the Lexus/Toyota owners would love to see your Lexus!
Keep the videos coming. Great job.
The process is the best part. Film it all!
Film it all please and then show the finale! This is awesome!
I'm a grown-ass man and I know I would be shedding a tear or two at those results!
