That is how Marilyn Manson met him first, Till came into Marilyn's dressing room to say hi, but was covered in too much fire to shake hands.

Ok, now you have seen the actual stage. So I repeat my recommendation... "Rammstein - Sonne [multicam] - Live Saint Petersburg 2019". I promise, you will never have seen so much fire during a concert, the whole stage design shows its potential, the whole stadium is... be surprised. And the audio/video quality is better too than this one.

Back in the day Till used to come out wearing a trenchcoat with his arms extended out and get set on fire for the whole song, lol. Seen it live, incredible.
First time he met Marilyn Manson, he came into Manson's dressing room, in that coat, on fire.

The Song "Rammstein" , is a Song about the air day accident on the Nato Airbase Ramstein in Kaiserslautern on August 28th 1988 where 70 people died and 1000 was hurt.

This show is absolutly fantastic. I expirienced it in Barcelona last year and the feeling was incredible. They did this show about 30 times in 2019 all around Europe and they want to go on tour with it again in 2021 in Europe and North America.
The channel "Rammstein Live by TheKeyboardfucker" made some really good multicam videos from that concert, if you are interested in more parts of this show.
This video is not good. Im was in chorzów and next year in warsaw. Last year in the 3th row...... 😁

Till and all the band members each have a minor license in pyrotechnics, Till is the only one with a major license.
Yet they all meticulously plan out their concerts so that everybody knows by heart where everybody is at each and every moment.
Even so they regularly recieve minor burns during their concerts.
They also have a significant section of emergency crew close to the stage for potential accidents.
You MUST see them live. It's a different level than everyone else

I was on one of their concerts in Sweden 2022, and you could feel the heat from all that pyro. They had a similar setup like this
Ramstein is one of the first songs from Rammstein. Itˋs about the accident that happened at the Ramstein Airbase. At the beginning of their career (before the second album was released) Till used to perform this song wearing a burning iron coat. At one concert he hang on strings down from the ceiling, burning and singing and made his way to the stage right above the heads of the audience. By that time they played in much smaller halls, but loads of pyro. You‘ve been totally sweaty 🥵 just minutes after the show started it was so damn hot.
Ok next: "Sehnsucht" from the 2019 stadium tour, its pure energy and party.
This tour should be make in winter, nobody has cold in the stadium
this was the first song i ever heard from them waaaaaaaaay back in 1997-98 when they were on the Lost Highway Soundtrack. this song and heirate mich. absolutely amazing
Just imagine the size of those flames. From that distance Till - who's a big guy - looks tiny and flames absolutely tower above them and everything. Rammstein, amazing as always.
Saw this show in Gothenburg a few weeks ago.
Seen them a few times before on different festivals.
But this was on a level of its own!

There is a time lapse video even that you can see the crew bulding up everything.

I was at the concert they did in Denmark with the same setup (the stadium tour) and it was indeed one of the best, if not THE best concert I've ever been to. Rammstein never disappoints, and I've seen them live 4 times so far ^^

i saw this show 4 times last year. next year they are touring again in Europe. for which i have tickets for 8 shows. 6 in germany 1 in belgium and 1 in nederlands .

2019 was the first year that the song was fully performed live since 2005. Before that it was a staple in their live shows. This song even opened their first ever shows back when they started.

Love your reactions to this! This tour was the first time Til had the fire peacock rig, so I'm pretty sure most of the crowd were pulling the same faces at the start! And to think we'd all assumed that they'd reached Maximum Fire with the stage and stadiun sound rigs having flame jets earlier in the show 🤷♀️(I wasn't at this one, but I was at the UK date in Milton Keynes for the same tour. Definitely one of the best live shows I've ever been to, hopefully to be eclipsed when I see them in Cardiff next year!)
With regards to the stage - yep, that took a solid 7 days to construct (if you look on the official Rammstein youtube channel they have some cool put up/breakdown timelapses). As a lot of their tour dates were closer together than 7 days they actually had multiple complete stage sets + crews (definitely two, but I wanna say there were three at one point) so that there was always a stage being constructed to be ready for them. Their tour manager must be some kind of logistics savant is all I'm saying.
Any other live songs from the 2019 Deutschland tour are similar levels of face meltingly good!
I was in Munich, Dresden an Chorzow. And i have Tickets for Stuttgart, Leipzig and Berlin this/next year.

The level of fire is so insane in that last tour that last year, they played in a soccer stadium in Dresden, Germany. The flames could be seen from the other side of the town and the local fire department received more than 300 calls because people thought the stadium was burning.
There is a time-lapse video of the stage being built on TH-cam. It is amazing, all the trucks and crew putting it together. Amazing stage!

there is another video from the concert (old video) where Till came out to the same song, but he was in a suit that was set on fire and he stood in it for the whole song and sang.

They used to open every show with this song, and Till used to sing the entire song whilst on fire. Appropriate since it's about an air show disaster that happened at Rammstein Air Force Base in the 1980's
They work they were supposed to come to the United States this year but they got postponed till next year so if you guys want to go get your tickets and it's going to be the same production! I'm going to be going to the one in Chicago with soldier Field

Saw it in Stockholm last summer. HOPE to be able to see them again in Gothenburgh next summer. There is nothing, NOTHING, to compare them with regarding stage production... You're actually depressed after you've seen a concert because you know that it's all over, after all the anticipation leading up to the concert, and the adrenaline rush during it... I love Rammstein, I mean, how could I not?
Fun fact 2019 tampere finland tour. Rammstein had 80 trucks full of stage, pyro, etc stuff and the show was so loud People said they heard it over 10miles away from stage. I cant remember how much they had pyro techs few tons if i remember corretly.

Have anyone told you what this song is about? Rammstein is a small village in Germany witha big army airport close by. In the early 80's there was a airshow where a plane crashed and lots of peeps was injured and worse. So what they sing is about the sight, smell and horror that day. Make the song even stronger to listen too.

This song is about the tragic air show disaster that happend on the air base Ramstein (just one m) in germany on august 28 1988. What happend:
Three aircrafts of the Italian Air Force display team collided during their display, crashing to the ground in front of a crowd of about 300,000 people. There were 70 fatalities (67 spectators and three pilots) and 346 spectators sustained serious injuries in the resulting explosion and fire, and hundreds more had minor injuries. At the time it was the deadliest air show accident in history.
I have been in the first row of a Rammstein concert, it is burning hot.I really can't understand how they can play with their face flame throwers for example.

I was on that stadium Tour too and the Stage has so developed from the years before. I think it’s the best they had until now.
Even if you stand so far away you feel that massiv Heat. Its a total different experience to be on a Rammstein Concert than you Imagine on the videos.
You've got to watch the TH-cam video... The time lapse of that stage show setup. I'm talking the entire floor that Stadium covered with aluminum decking, 30 semi trucks, and at least 1500 people working on it biggest production probably ever in the history of a show

Rammstein Engel piano version live. It is an experience. No fireworks. But all viewers have their cellphones flashlights on and sing the corus. At the end of the song, the fans carried the band to the grandstage on boats

Some information about the song. Ramstein is the biggest US air force Base. 1988 was the biggest air show disaster in germany. 500 injured 70 dead. Thats the song. Bodys burning, kids screaming.
I went to a concert in 2010. In the crowd you could feel the heat from the fires when they were coming out and also a benzin smell.
When you have a view on the stadium, you can see a Rammstein stadium from Miles away! It's phenomenal!
I was at the Stadium Tour in Hannover Germany and it was so amazing. The hole Stadium was bouncing and you feeled the heat of the fire in in the hole Stadium... to see this on Video is great but when you are there... really it's so fu***** amazing :-)

I believe tickets are still on sale for the 2020(now 2021) tour. I've also heard they plan on bringing this same rig so you can experience this yourself next year. I have tickets to the Chicago and Philly shows, Feuerzone (up front) in one and general floor on the other, because you actually do miss quite a bit by being in the front row. This way I get to see it both ways haha.

Song was used for the movie lost highway! Manson features in the same movie to! Which you see in the America DVD doco which was shot for & centers around the MSG concert in the US!

I've seen a Rammstein concert last year in Frankfurt and I can tell you it was breathtaking! (Mostly because I was so amazed but also because of all those pyrotechnics :D)
Went to this Tour in 2019 twice in Germany .and bought a Ticket for an extra concert in 2020. because of C. we have to wait for it when it will happen.
It was one of the loudest concerts ive ever been.a friend of mine told me he could hear some songs from more than 10 Kilometer (6.2 Miles) away.
Will see them (for my third time) next summer in Gothemburg/Sweden 😃
