Same. My doctor did a blood panel because of mine 💀 Too be fair I had multiple deficiencies. I had to go on quite a few vitamins and new meds. I eventually received new diagnosis (I had multiple autoimmune already) Potassium & VitD was so low I had to get an IV. My GP believing something untrue Really helped me out I guess!
Actually, in my case it really was zinc deficiency. I didn’t get any trauma to the nails. As soon as I started taking appropriate supplements and adjusted my nutrition, the white spots went away. I’ve had this problem practically all my life and the deficiency is just how I am.
I never injured my nails. But I have been using the most intense version of acetone nail polish remover and have worn nail polish constantly for the last several months. I think that's what it is because it's covering literally all my nails. I'm deciding to take a break from the acetone and nail polish to see if anything changes. Never had this problem until now.
oh yeah i've always had multiple of these on my nails at any given time. i've been biting my nails for as long as i can remember and at this point i don't think i will ever stop.
Where i live we just assume that if we have white spots on our nails we think we will get what we want so we purposely say we want many things lol Edit: The reason we believe this is because every time we get these spots we actually get what we want! And it disappears after we get something we want
Yeah, nails do tell about health. He didn't tell the all thing. when white spots appears only 1-2 nails, means you just hit something. But when it appears 4-5 fingers or all it means you have health issues.
I got mine for no reason, no impact to the nail it’s just there. It looks cute tho, two perfectly round dots. Btw does anyone know anything about purple nails? Mine are bluish purple and sometimes get darker
My toe nails were bluish purple after wearing tight shoes and Both of my toe nails literally ripped apart a year ago and I had to wait a whole year to grow them again… I think your nails are getting an infection, maybe try asking a doctor
As a Nigerian, the ONLY way I believe this forms is by waving my fingers at seagulls and singing, "Leke Leke, give me five fingers". Then if you want them gone, you sing to them, "Leke, Leke. Remove my five fingers." It works! - like a gem! 😂✨
honestly, all I want is a real hug, a hug where they mean it. that’s it, I don’t want the Apple Vision Pro or I don’t want the newest iphone15 or $1000, all I want is a hug. that’s enough and more
It’s funny, because you said that in one of your videos about the white in your nails, being a sign of zinc deficiency. But I’m glad you’re corrected yourself now Doctor
Filipino kids be like: "So you have 2 white spots? Then you have 2 admirers."
Damn I have 23 lmao

Unfortunate news, these have been with me for my whole entire life
there are 3 more reasons
1 of them is regular use of nail polish.

@@thebonfiree what are the other two? I never use nail polish

Exactly, the same for me.
Doctor usually change their opinion very often, i think it is deficiency ur true brother

Well acetone literally eats at your nails..... they're probably thin af, and I would highly recommend taking a big break from painting your nails.
You literally described yourself damaging your nail.
bro just use normal nail polish remover
use jojoba oil to hydrate ur nails and cuticles! ur nails get very dry after using acetone so use an alternative like peel off base
After some point of using these very concantrated acetone oftenly, you might lose your nails altogether so, don't do it man.
My grandmother: "if you have 1 white spot, then you will have 1 gift"

Same how do I fix 😂
IKR I'm 18 now and I had them since I was 7
In here, it is believed that when you get that white spot and it moves and disappears, you'll get a new gift from either your parents or anyone.
same I've been told that all my life and i believed it lol
yeah that's what my grandma told me!
@juliashirokova8374 Bro you got the best pfp I’ve ever seen 💀
It’s been 3 Years and I still have that………..
I have them on almost all my fingers and I've had them for years already 🤷♀️

Same. It’s because I keep biting my nails. I’ve been doing it for years.
I have never bit my nails but same

My mom always said they were “nail bruises” so pleased to see she was right!

I’ve had these my whole life and I don’t regularly impact my nails
Yes but I sneak out at night to snack on your leftovers and I like to chew on your nails while you're asleep so that's probably why.

Oh well I have this because I scraped the wall and it’s still in my nail to this day😅😂
Not me just staring at the white spots on my nails 💀
Had mine for almost my whole life
Mine go away in a few weeks
My nails grow super fast. I'd say faster than my hair. So for me it takes 2-3 weeks for the white spot to grow enough for me to clip

I got my white spot into my white nail, and I have another one coming, is it okay if I cut it?
I’m very happy that you chose to debunk that old zinc deficiency malarkey.
It's true if you have them without injury
they said that "if you had these, that means you didn't really a big eater"

Your nails do tell you a lot about your health. Don’t listen to him, or do what you want and stay sick

@@mansisuman6469 dr berg in his video said its bcoz of eat to much sugar, idk whos right

Always get these on my right hand when playing guitar without a pick.
I don't want mine to go away, I've grown to love it
I always slap with the back of my hand, no wonder I see these spots sometimes
Slap who? 🤨
ahh I’m a life long chronic nail biter and I get these from time to time, lol that makes more sense than a zinc deficiency
Oh how much do I have 6 I’ve had that my whole life that’s not true
honestly, all I want is a real hug, a hug where they mean it. that’s it, I don’t want the Apple Vision Pro or I don’t want the newest iphone15 or $1000, all I want is a hug. that’s enough and more
Thank you, sending this to my friend who tells me im unhealthy when I'm trying to tell them I'm just clumsy
I was taught that every time I lied I got one
It’s been 10 years and I still have them
Had these spots my whole life and never done any of the stuff this guy listed as the cause. It must be my crushes lol
You were the one who told us it’s because of zink deficiency in another video bro
I removed slamming the door as hard as I can before on my self…
It's been two years and my doesn't dissappear
My middle finger got crushed by those metal push doors with the door stoppers
I was so panicked for a while, thanks for clarifying!
*3 years later still having them where i needed to paint them white with cats*
As a Bass player, I get these all of the time.
I pick my nails off so it makes sense why I have them.
Weird news, I’ve had this one white spot on the finger I randomly bite when I’m anxious for 4 years. *i cant stop.* *i dont think I can stop.*
Those spots I always wondered. They usually, for me, go away when my nails grow. End of it all.
Thank you for telling me I’m not gonna bite my nails anymore😂💀
One way to remeber how long ago you backhanded somebody ig pretty cool
when he said car door my fingers really felt that lol
What if I saw this 2 years ago and it still has not gone away in TWO YEARS
I get those spots all the time even when I don't hurt my nails
😅 I was scared cuz google told me I had Cancer, I'm so lucky i came across Your video
Its been 3 years and it aint disappearing
I accidentally slam my nails and it creates a sad face.
Changed my diet, no more white spots on nails.
Can you explain how you changed your diet towards?
I have one and it's been there as long as I can remember
THEYRE IN ALL MY NAILS
Same people always told me i was unhealthy because of it but its just because i bite them when im nervous and also often damage them lol
@@kaey.x I don’t know what mines are I drink milk everyday and I’m not unhealthy at all 🤷🏽♀️

i am immortal
Bro that makes sense,I do black handed slaps on my wooden desk
My white spot ain't no going away 😥😥😥
I used to have one and idk why I don't remember but it's long gone
Yeah I have a lot of these I'm constantly hitting my hands on my desk and wall since my desk is small and in a corner between my closet and wall-
I have been with these my whole life-
Oh, thank God I found this short because this actually happened to me
I thought it was a nail stuck in my nail💀
Man my whole nail has white spots and it haven't dissapered in 6 years🤔😥😥 what does that mean please anyone tell me😩😩
I had ton of them when I was a kid but now none
Just made me realise I no longer have this
Ah. That makes sense. I have this white spot on 7 of my nails, but I take marshal arts, and I used to wrestle.
I got them when I was 4 and I am 14 now and still have them
I smacked my middle nail on a block of firewood a few weeks ago, yup, I’ve got a white spot on that nail.
Finally i was wondering my entire childhood what these are😭
I Have That Bc i Chew My Nails,AND I CAN NOT STOP DOING IT!
*me chilling in the corner biting my nails and this video plays*
“AHHHH”
Makes sense that I only have it on my right hand because of guitar
I've been having these my entire life, I've never had a hand without at least two spots.
I was born with them man and they never went away
I have one and it hasn't disappeared still just hanging out I had it since 2018 by what I remember
for some reason it feels good when i press hard on my nails so i have a few small white spots
Bro, I’ve literally had half of those things for literally half of my entire entire life
As I work with my hands all the time, all of my nails have these lol
"Chew your nails"
No, I bite😂
Bro my bestfriends says "it's mean how many people have crush on you" not calcium or zinc
I remember being sad cause my white spot that made a smiley face dis appeared after o had it do so long
These have been with me my whole life. And I never injured them
It’s funny, because you said that in one of your videos about the white in your nails, being a sign of zinc deficiency. But I’m glad you’re corrected yourself now Doctor
I already have this white thing. It’s kinda weird, but it’s going to work when we grow up.
Now to figure out why I literally always have at least one of these
Thanks. I get these every day 😂
I've had them on the same 5 fingers for 4 years lol
I just cut it this morning when it got to the edge
I’ve always have this my entire life, even though I didn’t injured them 💀
I've had mine since i was a kid
I had these for 2 years when I was 8 and 9 then it dissapeared lol
I bite my nails, so my bottom teeth tend to smack my nails. So that explains why I've had so many white spots throughout the years
