- The Okavango Delta in Botswana is an unique wetland with permanent marshlands and seasonally flooded plains. Instead into a sea, it flows and gets lost in the vast Kalahari desert. The Delta is on the UNESCO World Heritage List.
The Chobe River waterfront in Northern Botswana is one of the areas of Chobe National Park, rich of wild animals, and especially large elephant population.

Sehr schönes Video, deren Gegend ich selbst schon zweimal durchquert habe. Nur damals war vor 10 - 12 Jahren die heutige digitale Welt mit 4 k - noch nicht zu erahnen...
Aber von Maun aus konnte ich einmal ca. 45 min. ebenso aus der Luft das Okavango von oben sehen - mit den "Autobahnen der Hippos..."

@Rehumile Letlole LOL I had no idea about this place. I just see a video about Botswana on YT and I clicked. I like what I see and I commented. Anything wrong with that? Whether its controlled by white or black is irrelevant.
@Rehumile Letlole I had no idea there are whites in Botswana. So what's the percentage? Also how influential are they in the economy and politics? Hopefully its not as bad as S Africa.
@Rehumile Letlole I have never heard of that place before and I am not well informed of the tourism industry in Botswana. But it looks like it is one the best run in Africa which is cool.

Okavango delta is one of the most beautiful places n I dream.of cneing there one day.this video is fabulous n very clear.js 1 question on the canoe wouldn't the hippos attack it's interesting being on the canoe.love the sunrise n the sunset js spectacular 👍👍👍💕💕💕

Thank you! I visited recently East Africa and Southern Africa, both are safe in general, but you should check about each country and also some areas even in the safe countries are to be avoided
That's quite the balancing act of the guys steering the river boats, at for example 0:50. If 5:17 and 5:42 are any indication, falling in the water could be quite hazardous to their health.
yeah, the balancing is tough, but you never see them turn the boats over, and they know what areas are risky ...
