These are so cool! I bought one a couple years back but haven't had the opportunity to use it in a game yet. If there is a wireless remote option I would love to get it. I have daydreams of camping a room at PRZ and using these mines to guard my exit. I am so glad you are making more of these! 😃

As I understand it, paintball fields will sometimes allow you to bring mines and grenades, but they will not allow you to use devices with actual explosives, like a blank cartridge. This is from back in the "Strange Ordinance" M69 Grenade and M72 Trip-mine days. Those blank cartridges would also be banned anywhere that is under wildfire advisories. It looks like there is plenty of room in the device for one or more 12g CO2 cartridges, which would be allowed anywhere.
Paintball fields also require anything that launches a paintball to be set to their maximum field velocity, typically 280FPS for outdoor and 240FPS for indoor paintball in the USA. Is this velocity adjustable?
The people I play with have been looking at these for years, but we haven't gotten one because we can't figure out where we would be allowed to use it.

I own a paintball field in Arkansas. I like your concept, but requiring screws to be removed is a step backwards in reloading in my opinion. This would be a no sale for me. Why don't you add a slider top with a latch? This would simplify the reloading process. This is coming from a man that has over a dozen U.S. Patents.
