I set up Inspirons for staff and they work great, especially if you pop an SSD in there... they should be 11 compatible.. just make sure you open them from the middle and not from the corners, the hinges can be pretty weak if twisted from the corners.. when re-installing windows it stores the CD key in the TPM so you don't need to enter the CD key and it activates automatically... really nice laptops..
