    The fact probably is that nations have compromised one another and several nations have capabilities comparable to nuclear bombs, but on the networks and on each other's networks. Russia, China, UK, France, Australia maybe Germany.

      Johan Unsterdem Plus US at least has compromised major global corporations such as VISA and Mastercard and banking system to have upper hand.

      +Alibaba Mäkeläinen Good points. I think the problem is that in cyberspace offense is so much easier than defence. Anyone of the major powers could do tremendous damage to each other. And you're right about compromise; essentially, all the major powers will have collections of zero day exploits (which are often bought by governments from hackers). These zero day exploits are kept highly classified, and treasured amongst a nation's most important weapons if ever a war is to happen
