Hi EsE- This is pretty good...I like it..should be useful to me, as I have experienced and still experiencing these...mostly due to lack of sleep!! I wish to sleep aloud, tight, but unfortunately, I am not getting it!! :) Brain is occupied all the times...next day it causes tiredness, fatigue. I am trying to divert myself, distract myself when I get odd feelings...Love to get back to a healthy world!!
Narayanan V I have been trying to get everything out of my brain by writing it all down. That way I don't have to think about it anymore. Doesn't work sometimes and I end up getting upset but it helps. Maybe you could give it ago?
this video was kind of hard to watch because i have struggled with social anxiety and just thinking about how it feels can bring on a hint. when i have had panic attacks in the past(none lately) the very LAST thing i want people doing is obsessing over how sick i look because people looking at me makes it worse. the best thing to do was to just mask it as best as possible. many times i felt so stressed that i (in my altered state) would not have been surprised if i had a heart attack or stroke, and would not have minded. i feel it is important to point out that i was not suicidal but instead simply expecting things to break from the pressure. at least then i might have an excuse.
krabcat It is why, when offering advice to people helping other people, I said stay calm, so there is no big fuss. And ask them what to do, if they turned around like you and said "Just leave me" then chances are they won't but they might back off a bit. I am awfully sorry if this video caused you an anxiousness. I didn't mean for any of that
KittenLovesYou Same. I managed to get myself into a position where as long as I don't fail completely, I'll either go to University this year or next. However, I feel like I am going to fail completely :(
ghullam mustafa I think they are closely linked but not dependant on each other as you can be stressed but not anxious. I think anxiety is very much to do with an unknown situation where anything could happen
Would you say the point that anxiety occurs is the point where you think you can't complete it in time? Thus the consequences of not completing the work are unknown?

I don’t know what’s wrong with me I feel like I can’t be happy and I just keep worrying bout this thing and I never goes away and I dang tell anyone
You mean the basic of paranoia , insomina but anxiety occurs when we stress on something?
ghullam mustafa I think they are closely linked but not dependant on each other as you can be stressed but not anxious. I think anxiety is very much to do with an unknown situation where anything could happen
Basic with concern with the future outcome like forsay a student worrying about his result
Yes, as the result would be unknown. But would you have anxiety about completing a work load?
No if time is give but if less time is given the anxiety does occur
Would you say the point that anxiety occurs is the point where you think you can't complete it in time? Thus the consequences of not completing the work are unknown?
