今天(6/16)天氣十分炎熱,戶外33度C,台北體感溫度甚至達到41度 @@, 大猩猩們吃完午餐快12點後就進室內休息, 門開著讓他們自由進出, 3點多個別至窗口取樹枝進室內吃, 由於雨勢過大, 他們就沒出來外場了. :)
It’s very hot today, the temperature is up to 33 Celsius degrees(91.4°F), and the apparent temperature in Taipei even reached to 41 Celsius degrees(105.8°F) @@. The gorillas went indoors after lunch around 12 o'clock, and the door was left open to allow them to come in and out freely. At 3 o'clock they came to the window to take branches indoors, since it’s been pouring rain, they’ve been staying at indoors. :)
Do they have air conditioning inside?

I cant get over how smart and clever Tayari is lol. She's the only one who took the branch of leaves and tried to use it to move something on the other side of the gate closer to her lol. Smh....Ringo and Jabali are so loved by the troop. Its such a joy watching them. Thank you!!!

Awwww - the boys are growing up, but they still need their sweet Mamas to protect them❣️ It’s great that the zoo allows the gorillas to choose where they want to be when the weather is severe. I would not like to be locked outdoors on a hot, stormy day, so I’m glad the gorillas have a choice. To me, it shows that Taipei Zoo really cares about the happiness of the gorillas and not just the happiness of the visitors. 👏❤🤩

❤They are very cautious during any storm ⛈️ or bad weather 😊 one 1️⃣ thing for sure 👍🏼 they are going to make sure animals are safe, have good protection 😊 they are all treated very good 😊 I am so glad 😀 everyone is safe 😊 Rain ☔️ lightning ⚡️ and thunder will make you get inside and they have options and it’s all good 😌
