⭐️Momotaro ♂(2000/7/3)
Born in Ueno Zoo on July 3, 2000.
His father is Biju and his mother is Momoko.
His father died before he was born and he grew up never knowing his father.
He came to Kyoto City Zoo in 2010 and is now a father of two sons.
⭐️Genki ♀(1986/6/24)
Born on June 24, 1986 at the Kyoto City Zoo.
Her father is Mack and her mother is Hiromi.
When she was 10 years old, she went to Ueno Zoo for breeding purposes.
But she had a bad relationship with another female gorilla, and she injured her fingers and toes with her self-mutilation and lost a lot of weight.
When she returned to her hometown of Kyoto City Zoo, she was fine, and she lived with various male gorillas.
Then she met Momotaro and she gave birth to two lovely sons whom she lovingly raised.
Genki has a cute face with shining eyes.
⭐️Gentaro ♂(2011/12/21))
Gentaro was born at the Kyoto City zoo on Dec.21,2011,as Momotaro and Genki's first son.
Unfortunately Genki didn't have enough milk,so he was nursed by keepers for his first 10.5 months.
Now he loves his mom,and his face really looks like her.
He also loves people .
He is very close with his younger brother Kintaro and they play together almost every day.
⭐️Kintaro ♂(2018/12/19)
Kintaro was born at Kyoto City Zoo on Dec.19,2018.
He has big bright eyes and long eyebrows.
He is growing fine ,being loved by his parents and brother.

This has to be my favorite video ever of this family... So so proud of Genki!... She is amazing!.... How tiny Kintaro... Just a tiny baby there... It's also sad to see just how sad and left out Gentaro was... He just couldn't get it that his mom couldn't play with him and give him much attention anymore... It must have been so hard for him... I just noticed Genki is missing a toe and the other foot the toe is very short. I wonder if she has problems climbing. I never noticed till now😮 she is such a great mom❤

I can't imagine just why mama was so proud of this homely baby. I don't mean to be unkind but baby has such a flat nose! Baby also has such a vague expression on his face. And he moves rather listlessly. Could he have had a problem with lack of oxygen during the birth process?
Also . . . the adults seem to be eating too much grass and leaves. Their BMI numbers must be off the chart . . . just looking at them. Are their caretakers not concerned? Look at their extended bellies! Lack of exercise!
