    Success and money is directly proportional to the passion I think. If someone like patho he will succeed jn that branch.if anyone like paediatrics they will succeed in that. And money will come automatically.

    True sir. New orthopaedic doctor struggling for cases. I met one DNB orthopedic doctor he's now planning DNB emergency medicine. It's horrible. Passing DNB orthopedic is itself difficult. Branches without emergency or patient load saturates fast that's bottom line

    Sir UR People are already above average ..80% doctor's of ortho/pedia/radio will be sc/obc who just got branch without any hardwork by reservation (quota waale) So they are not toppers...only UR are toppers who got good ranks
    So by default the UR doctor's are already above them and shud do well . They shudnt worry about other quota doctors

    So when it comes to more money and helping the largest number of patients. Would it be better to be in these fields and be good, or to be super special and amazing only serving a few? Would you not make a larger steady income from making a wide patient t base for those most in need? Or am I being too stary eyed?

    • @DheerajMasapu
      @DheerajMasapu  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Helping large numbers of pts is always the best way to make more money and fame but you need to answer one question
      Why should so many people come to you?
      What's unique about you?
      If you cannot answer the above better to specialise and work on high end stuff .
      Many highly skilled and motivated guys compete in top specialities which automatically divides the patient base in to multiple small pockets.

      In big cities like Delhi..its starting to get saturated. But other branches like Ortho, Pedia, Medicine, Surgery , Gynae, etc. are super saturated. It now takes minimum 10 years post PG to be fully independent and be in leading position.
      Aim for a Tier 2 or 3 city , whatever branch do you take. Or do a minimum of some Superspeciality course or fellowship after MD.

      I fully agree with Dr Dheeraj. I dont have idea about Engineering branches, but in medical branches things are bit different.
      In medical field in order to be good, you should have very good knowledge of your subject and that comes from learning and remembering all the tiny details in big fat medical books. One has to really love his books.
      Those who dont have such capacity to memorise huge amount of information or have such dedication to medical sciences wont be able to compete for the top branches.
      I simply mean recognise your aptitude and be practical.
