    Most of people think that , after doing Md in EM , They can run there hospital as MD Medicine/ Internal medicine
    But this Vedio crystal clear shoes the depth of this branch
    EM medicine is challenging branch, where Doctor should always careful first about himself save himself, paper 📜 work is very important because when you trap in any case , only this thing will protect in court

    Emergency medicine is one of the top paying speciality for a fresh passout MD/DNB post graduate today.
    Lot of opportunities in India and abroad. In present situation Radiology and EM are the top paid specialities for a fresh passout.

Its not a branch that you just fit in with your rank as it is only available.l think Its much stressful,always handling emergency in icu,no opd.Those who enjoys that should definitely take.Its better to wait for neetpg.

    • @5ht718
      @5ht718 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hey there’s a branch that suits each personality. For introverts who like working alone usually nuclear medicine, radiology, anesthesiology, dermatology works. Ophthalmology and gen medicine too can work alone.

      @@NandiLL.Bnope you’re wrong sir/ma’m, not liking surgical specialities and being introvert doesn’t make anyone less of a doctors. There are tons of doctors who are introverts. • @devanshgupta3887
      @devanshgupta3887 2 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Anaesthesia and Emergency Medicine PG residencies are quite different. The areas where aneasthetists work are CONTROLLED environments (OTs and ICUs). In the words of one of my anaesthesia colleagues, they devote a lot of time in mastering human physiology. Patients being taken up for elective OTs are already thoroughly worked up and optimised with PAC and all and PLANNED.
      Emergency physicians are trained in working on the ED floor where UNDIFFERENTIATED and unplanned patients are received whose disease severity range from mild to perimortem. Here, resuscitation and assessment go hand in hand in an attempt to stabilise the physiology first, followed by definitive diagnosis and management in most cases.
      Both anaesthetists and EM physicians handle critically sick patients and perform critical care, aneasthetists in the ICUs and Emergency physicians on the ED floor for as long as the patient is in the ED.
