I think you missed the point. For street photographers, a group of people at which this camera is obviously targeted, there are many upgrades that are worth it. One of the frustrations on the x100s is its inability to manual focus in OVF. Before you say "just use EVF", there are many times when viewing the scene through the OVF is superior, such as when you're "camping" in front of a scene to get the shot. You can see people who are about to enter the scene so you can get your shutter finger ready. in the x100s, you'd have to prefocus before switching into OVF, and if anything out of the ordinary happens that required re-focus, you're basically screwed. The ability to manual focus in OVF is a major feature. I have never though to myself "I wish this thing had an articulating screen". I don't tend to use the screen for anything but review. I almost always use the viewfinder. Street photographers aren't trying to get interesting shots of buildings or leaves that have fallen to the ground. At least for me, shooting at humanistic perspectives is what I'm after. This means shooting the scene from where you'd expect the viewer to be sitting or standing. An articulating screen wouldn't get much use and likely add weight and bulk to the camera, an overall negative. Last but not least, you sort of panned the Classic Chrome simulation. You said nobody would care, yet here I am considering the upgrade specifically for that feature. Getting that Kodachrome 64 look is something I've tried getting for a while now without completely convincing results. Alien Skin has a simulation which to my eyes looks a bit harsh. VSCO won't even try. If Fuji's engineers get anywhere close to Kodachrome, and in-camera to boot with no processing, I'm sold.
Thank You TCS for shaping my way in photography. I understood and got covinced that smaller sensors aren't necessarily worse than full-frame and aps-c :) That's why I'm enjoying my Fuji x30 way more than my Nikon D5100. Greetings from UK, Simon
One nuance of the x100 was it was a great camera for documenting live gigs. It's the best camera for that purpose I've found since the Sony TRV 900. The 900E was far superior to the later 'pro' VX210 in one critical way - the sound. The Fuji X100 is better than the x100 T for the same reason. Some nuance of the mic gives a balanced sound for rock bands and doesn't distort the drums. I ran a test and went through all the mic settings on the x100 T but nothing matched the X100 preset. Admittedly this is a niche feature but I thought it was worth mentioning for the benefit of all you gig goers out there!
Thanks guys, I'm still shooting my X100 first version I purchased from you guys, Rob said it I would be happy with it and after many firmware updates I still love the camera, I have many cameras and my X100 always seems to come off the shelf more often than any of my others, Sony, Nikon, Canon G11, etc. I also sold my Leica X and buffered my bank account back up.
This has probably been said in other comments, but I feel like this review was missing the point of this camera. If you want an articulating screen pop, culture enthusiast camera, to be used the way you had been using it in this review, you buy a Sony or Olympus or one of the other Fuji models. This cameras is meant to appeal to those of us who Love the tactile sensation of a film camera from a minimalist point of view, and who wanted a digital camera that gives a similar experience (that's also not as expensive as a Leica). Sure this camera offers video, wi-Fi, and some other gimmicks, but that's not why you buy it. For instance I love having an optical viewfinder on digital camera like this because it saves battery life and there's enough information in the optical viewfinder to carry on my purpose which is usually night time street photography. Also shooting with an EVF at night practically makes you blind in one eye. Being able to choose the EVF for specific situations is really an added convenience that makes this camera awesome. I love that I can set the settings I'm going to use at a glance with traditional dials even when the cameras off, allowing me to be prepared for the moment. I respect that Fuji listens to those who take this camera seriously and sticks with the things that work rather than continuously redesigning the entire package each release. If the sensor never changed I would probably be happy with it for rest of my life, that's the kind of attitude you have when you search out a camera like this. Heck I wish someone would produce a camera like this that's only manual dials, no added buttons, shoots raw only, and without an LCD screen. If you understand exposure inside and out, you'll shoot with confidence and trust your abilities just like the film days, and you'll be a better photographer because of it.
Many comments show how much people are used to get major changes in all generations, like the smartphones do... But one has to give credits to Fuji for not pushing bullshit marketing to customers. This X100T is an update, hence the name (and not X200), so it keeps most of what made it's predecessor a fabulous camera. However, I agree the video could have been improved a bit more... but for the rest, this T version is really a nice update of the S with all the expected features of 2014. For all specs fetishists, wait for the X-Pro2 ;-)
You can't really improve on perfection. They got it right the first time, don't change it. I love Fuji for that. Yo, I just got the D-Lux, the next is going to be LX100 for backup, then the X100. Hey, if the manufacturer puts a 100 in the model designation, it means they nailed and it's time to buy :)
It's a kind of funny to watch you diss most features that Fuji shooters actually like about their cameras: the stuff like ClassicChrome and that new little EVF in the OVF feature, for example.
ha i agree, I love Fuji cameras (I no longer shoot them at the minute) but it's true what he says. The PiP EVF in the OVF is a gimmick and ClassicChrome was never really needed (neither was Wifi)
TheCameraStoreTV It's hard to believe are an actual shop based on your reviews. I'm pretty impressed on how honest you guys are about cameras (I assume you actually sell in your store).
I don't care what you people think, but I think Chris is one of the best CamTuber in 2021. No nonsense. Quite comical. Tech jargon throwing at us without being snobbish. 👍 I also like Jordon's idea on being vintage all the way with the manual push. 👍
That's right....(EVF comment you made), I prefer the EVF these days over the OVF. The one in my X-T1 is wonderful. The big thing for me is, I want to see my exposure before I press the button. It's not like I couldn't guesstimate the exposure compensation I need when using an OVF because I was fine with my Nikon DSLRs in the past, but it's so much quicker and less guessing using the EVF. Just my opinion. I know some people still prefer the OVF. I never used the OVF on my X100S though.
Guys, your videos are great, and I always appreciate your insight in new products. I don't agree that this camera is disappointing. I bought it after some thought, and I am so pleased with the photos from the camera. It is a joy to use, very versatile and feels like a fine instrument. It is solid but small enough to take it everywhere. Focus is fast and the EVF is super. Dynamic range is great. Image quality is great. And the fabulous thing about Fuji...they listen to customers and provide free software upgrades.
TheCameraStoreTV Chris, the rangefinder-style OVF on this camera is its reason for existence. Without it, why would you even bother with it? You could get X-E2 instead and be able to use lenses other than 23 mm.
agree! this is the reason why Fuji was making this camera to separate itself with the Canon's and Nikon's DLSRs or Sony's Point and Shoots. Furthermore why would Fuji put the articulated screen if this was meant to be a Rangefinder "substitute"? I think TCS missed the whole point of this camera.
ZYNND Doesn't meant that rangefinder can't have tilting/touch screen, it's a nice feature to be added so that a camera can be more versatile. Instead, manual focus ring? Yeah, that should be a must for rangefinder, which Fuji forgot to put there.
yeah you are right...like a pizza with spaghetti or rice topping?!? LOL...if you need a funky screen there are other Fuji products for you...but not this one
It might not be interesting for you guys, but the Classic Chrome is a very cool feature and also very very nice looking. As a matter of facts is the closest image look to the original Kodachrome that we all loved. If I'm gonna buy this camera is mainly for that feature.
4:15 you made my heart stop there for a second! The push-pull focusing feature would be a nice addition. :)

Just bought this camera, been playing around with it for a few days, so far, I love it. I'll give it a thorough workout in the next few days. There is one point about the OVF/EVF I'd like to make - I have to disagree with you about the OVF (what you say around 4.00). I noticed that in low light, when you zoom in (rear wheel click) it does start skipping frames (I think the magnification is too much). This is very distracting, and I would take my d800's big, bright OVF any day over the EVF. That said, in good light, the EVF is fantastic. Oh, by the way, shooting using the OVF has it's own problems, namely focusing. The focus square is too big, and the camera focuses on the background far too often in this mode. There are workarounds of course, and I didn't expect d800 like focusing to begin with ;) I bought this camera for a variety of reasons, and so far I couldn't be happier :)
The X100S has third stop increments, that's what the backside clicker on the top right is for. That being said, including them on the aperture ring is the way to go and supports the whole concept of this camera.
Thanks for posting this guys. I was trying to make up my mind between this as a go-to camera and the LX100 and I now know which one to pick :) Awesome video.
The still pics off this vers of the XTRANS sensor are stunning - I have the same on my XE1 but with interchangeable lenses. Upgrading the model means the S will be discounted - happy days.
I suspect the X100F (fourth?) will be a more substantial upgrade (similar to the X100S compared to the original X100). I predict a newer sensor, image processor, lens, and articulating screen. And the usual added bells and whistles. I won't be replacing my X100S with the T version. I'd be throwing away money if I did, imho.
One of the best EVFs around, OVF that wipes the floor with most entry level DSLRs, and he's not that into it. Unsurprising. It's designed to be shot like an old range finder (plug that sexy VF up into your right eye socket) and he's long arming it like a tourist with an iphone.
I think the beer bottle in the planter was a auto watering trick, not a missed bottle disposal. the fact that there's no more water in it means the plant is going thirsty and the bottle needs to be refilled.
I wish I could shot a grizzly bear picture, in the woods, with this camera. Unfortunately there're no bears where I live, or woods and the mirorless cameras still too expensive. Great video test though
i would most definitely disagree.the lack of an articulating screen is not an "oversight". it would add extra bulk and weight to the camera. and this is pretty much designed for street shooting and bulk is the last thing i would want in that camera. i do have to agree tho, that i wouldn't have complained if they threw a few extra megapixels at it.
Your reviews are, bar none, the cream of the crop. You've consistently over the past couple years been the only reviewer that doesn't irritate me. :D Helps that I more often than not agree with your findings. Keep doing what you're doing. In terms of the X100 series, I had the original and let it go after a few weeks. I feel like they've *almost* got it to the camera I've wanted it to be, at least at the crazy (IMO) price point it always sits at. Perhaps I'll pick this one up after it comes down a fair bit.
Tilting screens make the camera more fragile and less durable. Considering this is a fixed lens camera, Fuji has done the right choice. There are far more other problems to address before this one.
TheCameraStoreTV Not necessarily broken, but having the tilt mechanism get too loose after using it for a period of time or the flex cable breaking apart (internally) .
Thanks for the video... it's one that I had used in my decision in buying the camera. I love the honesty. And, yes... I bought the camera, but after drooling so much on it, it doesn't work. Ha. Cheers!
I always love your videos, you make me want to move to Canada and then I am like wait...theres snow there and I end up staying in LA. Get rid of the snow and I am moving in... Do you ship to USA?
Just wondering, why don't all camera in the market let us customize the buttons? Would that be a problem at all? I think it'll be very beneficial for all of us :)
The person this kind of camera is aimed at doesn't care about a flip screen. You talk about street photography and ranger finders, yet go on about the lack of a flip screen
This video shows that the Fuji cameras arent ready for the full time pro market. I wanted to switch my Nikon body to a fuji lineup for a second but we have to wait a little bit further to get a fuji-sized camera with all features a pro needs.
+LasstUnsSpielen Some Fuji gear is ready for full time pro ... just not this model as it is targeted at enthusiasts. X-T1 and the fast WR glass they now have is the setup targeted at the pro's to swing them over to the dark side. LOL
+Adam Woodhouse Actually now its the second time i am hesitating wether I switch to Fuji or not. I really like how the X Pro 2 combines Optical and electronic viewfinder, but the new version is so damn expensive. Maybe I will test the X Pro 1 out and if I like it, i more and more invest into pro fuji glass until I upgrade to the X Pro 2
And for photographers that often shoot in uncomfortable positions. They're also great for candids because you can look down at the camera like the old twin reflex cameras and people won't realize you're composing their photograph.
I've been in situations with this camera where an articulated screen would have been great. In the end, I had to guess cos I could not get my head into position to see the screen without looking like I was shagging a wet forest floor.
Given that one of the glaring weaknesses of the X100 series of cameras is low-light autofocusing, it's strange & disappointing that reviewers typically only test in daylight.
where's the review of the reviewer?... No tilty screen?..an over site?.. really Why do you take so many shots with your arms outstretched?...that's an oversite The OVF is great for extending battery life... I think you need a holiday mate.. you seem bored with some pretty cool things, The thing with the x100's, xt1 and xpro camera is the experience, its not a sony, or a lumix.. Fuji is adopting an experience with these cameras, people dont buy a x100 to take photos from the back LCD, they like the dials on top of the camera, old style look at it, the aperture ring, the pretty amazing manual focus setup. This camera puts a film style device in a modern device and doing a great job of attempting to marry to the 2 together. I know it's the 3rd camera thats pretty similar to the last, but you have to hand it to them for refining what is already a great camera which provides a great experience.. I I think you've missed the point of it
You're a great judge of character Logan, I'm totally an idiot. You're a %^$& Gambler though because I shot black and white film for years. Chris @ TCSTV
don't get your feelings hurt, it wasn't malicious, just criticism of the aspects of your review is out of context and idiotic wanting it to be silly tinker toys with flippy screen. Who buys an x100t and then wants to shoot it with outstretched arms all day long? It's designed for the manual shooters in mind. I don't own any fujis so I'm not fanboying for fuji.
I have the x100s. Does the T still back focus or missfocus when shooting against high contrast subject such as a person next to or in front a light source such as back lit situation. This is the one thing that annoys me to no end with the x100s.
The X-T1 Graphite Silver also has some of those software upgrades, but will get more of them (all I think) in the firmware update that is coming in December, and this update will also be for the original X-T1, the black one. I have that one, and it will be pretty nice. Hopefully they will be able to do something about the image quality of the video as well, cause it's pretty bad :/
TheCameraStoreTV I think you guys really missed a unique opportunity to throw the conversion lenses on it and show us what it can do at wider and longer focal lengths. Oh well, maybe for the #X100U
That's already common knowledge. Just check out flickr or any good online photography forum. The wide angle adapter is very great with no loss of image quality. The tele converter is also very good, just a bit bulky.
Randolph Knackstedt I'm not interested in image quality examples: I've already seen those. I wanted the ergonomic and autofocus performance opinions of someone I trust.
Ian K the conversion lenses are being sold as accessories for the X100T. Are you saying we shouldn't review cameras with lenses that weren't released at the same time as the body? How stupid are you exactly?
I think that having optical viewfinder is excellent. I am usually against multiple features for the sake of multiple features or utility, but in this case, I must admit that criticizing inclusion of an optical viewfinder and calling it redundant is uncalled for. Sorry. On the other hand, the name "Fujifilm" could have been changed to Fuji or Fujinon, or something. No, I don't find the word "film" redundant, but I find it unnecessary, same like putting name Turbo on sun glasses back in the '80s. It's out of place a bit.
madusha lokuwithana The fuck your age gotta do with the camera, any camera? But no, I'd honestly say it's better suited for 16.5 year olds and on your 17th bday you gotta bin it. No, real honest answer is: if you gotta ask incoherent and insignificant questions like that you're most likely not old enough for such a fine optical piece ... and you'll even more likely will never reach the level of maturity needed to own this nice camera.
Spot on guys and that was what I argue with people on DPR. The tilt screen and the DOF scale is a must on a street camera. Apart from that seems to be another job well done.
I like a tool that is more specific for one job, sono even if it didn't take videos at all i'd be ok with that. Beside this, can you complain about the camera not having higher pixel count?? The image quality of previous vas ok so it's better to focus on usability
I would love to see this camera, this size with a fixed zoom on it at a constant f1.8 that is sharp from 10mm to 100mm that just neatly folds away, with fast and accurate autofocus, no noise at and below 3200 ISO, 24mp sensor and an evf that is indisdinguishable from an ovf image that can magnify with crisp sharpness threads in fabric. It would kill off all the fujis below it and the sony rx100 and maybe even the a5000 and a6000. I'm sure the optics guys can make this happen, we landed a robot on a comet for goodness sake which was traveling at 84,000mph. Please don't say I'm dreaming.
Good review. :) I have a very silly request (i dont think you guys will notice my comment :P ) I really wanted you guys compare with compact camera vs camera phone like Lumia 1020 or Iphone etc2. Anyway keep coming, i getting like alot review from you guys more and more. Cheers :)
I can see someone upgrading from an x100 to an x100s, but I wouldn't imagine anyone would do so from an s to a t. (unless they have money to burn) Fuji doesn't want users to upgrade?
If you are a 35mm addicted, and you don't need other focal lenght, or good video performance, i say X100. But, if you are interested in a zoom...Lx100 is the way.
Two completely different cameras! IMO the main selling point of the Fuji X100 series is the wonderful hybrid viewfinder. If the OVF isn't important to you, then the LX100 might be better for you. The X100 series features a 35mm equivalent prime lens. If you prefer a zoom, the LX100 will be the better choice. LX100 - Lower price - Zoom - Better video - Slightly smaller X100T - Better image quality - Hybrid viewfinder - Great JPEG's Personally, I feel anyone interested in the X100T should really consider buying the X100S at a nice discount instead. It's a great camera (same sensor, processor, and lens as the X100T) and it will get some of the new goodies of the X100T via firmware updates. The X100S is in no way outdated and it won't be for some time. The money saved by buying the X100S could be used for accessories, or a nice weekend trip, or a few photography workshops, a subscription to Lynda.com, etc.
I think you missed the point. For street photographers, a group of people at which this camera is obviously targeted, there are many upgrades that are worth it.

You know when a camera is perfect when reviewers start asking for tilty screens
9 years later, it's still one of the coziest cameras ever
@@CONNNE And on August 31st 2024, I picked up my new X100VI, WITH 'tilty' screen. Incredible little camera.
I dont know if it is the canadian effect but you guys are so inoffensive, I could learn alot from this.
Thank you kindly.
Jordan @ TCSTV
seriously. i watch their videos just for the zen effect ;) (the camera reviews are useful too)
TheCameraStoreTV I hate watching Kai's videos, ESPECIALLY, being an alpha user.
Andrew Yts Can't deny that he too is quite entertaining (in a different way)
Ator Oper
Same here, I thought it was just me. There is some kind of ethereal quality about their videos that I can't put my finger on it.
TheCameraStoreTV +100 to Jordan for his comment on mechanical focus ring with a DOF scale. That is sorely needed on this camera.
Thank You TCS for shaping my way in photography. I understood and got covinced that smaller sensors aren't necessarily worse than full-frame and aps-c :) That's why I'm enjoying my Fuji x30 way more than my Nikon D5100.

Great review for a camera that is nearly four years old. I'm likely going to buy a second-hand X100T for travel photography.

Glad you remembered to keep the lens cap off this time ;)
would you still buy the X100T now in 2016 or wait for a newer version of it?
+Kevin Pilz That's my question, too
+吴苏航 same here...
Me three
I'm so tempted to get the x100T, but at the same time I'm not sure if I should wait either. 😕
+Obed Rivera I think on this one I'll be patient and wait, I'm interested in seeing how they will improve it. It's already a great camera.
Should I buy it now or wait for the successor?
Thanks for posting this guys. I was trying to make up my mind between this as a go-to camera and the LX100 and I now know which one to pick :) Awesome video.
Awesome review guys, Thanks and keep up the great work!
The still pics off this vers of the XTRANS sensor are stunning - I have the same on my XE1 but with interchangeable lenses. Upgrading the model means the S will be discounted - happy days.
Thanks for the review! This video made me a fan! Subscribed.
Hey guys another top video. I'd love to see you compare this camera against the Sony RX100M3. Any chance of this happening?
Another great video! Thanks Guys! Can't wait to see your take on the Canon G7x!
a push pull focus ring like that would have been amazing for the x100f, they really need to listen to you guys more T.T
Please ask Fuji if the magical "organic sensor" is close. That would have made this camera very new. Great vid as always!
2020 Sep. This is kind of a cult classic camera now. Did you put the bottle in the bin?
Nice video, pretty much agree with you words. Three Models since 2012. It is too much.
Now waiting for your review of the Leica Type 113.
Hi. Please tell Fuji to add a battery percentage display on the next FW update. Thanks!
I wish I could shot a grizzly bear picture, in the woods, with this camera. Unfortunately there're no bears where I live, or woods and the mirorless cameras still too expensive. Great video test though
Everything he said no one cares about in the camera or no will use is everything I love about the camera
i would most definitely disagree.the lack of an articulating screen is not an "oversight". it would add extra bulk and weight to the camera. and this is pretty much designed for street shooting and bulk is the last thing i would want in that camera. i do have to agree tho, that i wouldn't have complained if they threw a few extra megapixels at it.
TCS-TV gives the best reviews! Thanks!
thats the best review :) good point of view all the time !!!
+Nikola : I have this AF focus issue with the X100S.Your second image shows it.
Tilting screens make the camera more fragile and less durable. Considering this is a fixed lens camera, Fuji has done the right choice. There are far more other problems to address before this one.
I've been at The Camera store for 7 years and I can count the number of broken articulating screens I've seen on one hand.
Jordan @ TCSTV
TheCameraStoreTV
Not necessarily broken, but having the tilt mechanism get too loose after using it for a period of time or the flex cable breaking apart (internally) .
Jim Edward Baladad I am against tilting screens. The presenter (Chris) in the review suggested one.
Thanks for the video... it's one that I had used in my decision in buying the camera. I love the honesty. And, yes... I bought the camera, but after drooling so much on it, it doesn't work. Ha. Cheers!
S = Second, T = Third, so F = Forth. Then maybe x110?
Yup, that is the logic.
So 5th = V.
Huh???? 🙄😜😝
Nice to see you boys have finally kissed.
Great review.
no tilty screens!!!!
What about the fact that there is no AA Filter in the T? That is one reason I am interested.
Great posting! ......Thanks!
Sir, when is this coming to Canada?
Articulating screens are for tourists.
No tilty screen?..an over site?.. really
Why do you take so many shots with your arms outstretched?...that's an oversite
The OVF is great for extending battery life...
I think you need a holiday mate.. you seem bored with some pretty cool things,
The thing with the x100's, xt1 and xpro camera is the experience, its not a sony, or a lumix..
I think you've missed the point of it
Yes the reviewer is an idiot. I bet he never shot film.
Calling him an idiot is a bit harsh...lol
....you missed it too..
The guy in the video is seriously hot
Nice reviews, interesting to watch. And i like how you split stills and video ability of cameras. +1 subscriber :)
The next x100 is gonna be the x100F right? S was for second, T was for third?
You are right. Haha... I watched one video and the person said the next iteration will be X100V.
the X100V is out now lol
tilt screen I get is reeeaally useful, but destroys absolutely the desing aspect of the camera, at least this one.
Awesome!!
Is it me or... S for Second. T for third. F for fourth? hmmm interesting naming.
I have the x100s. Does the T still back focus or missfocus when shooting against high contrast subject such as a person next to or in front a light source such as back lit situation. This is the one thing that annoys me to no end with the x100s.
Can we see the X100T printing to the instax share sp-1?
The X-T1 Graphite Silver also has some of those software upgrades, but will get more of them (all I think) in the firmware update that is coming in December, and this update will also be for the original X-T1, the black one. I have that one, and it will be pretty nice. Hopefully they will be able to do something about the image quality of the video as well, cause it's pretty bad :/
Ok thanks jorden,,
TheCameraStoreTV I think you guys really missed a unique opportunity to throw the conversion lenses on it and show us what it can do at wider and longer focal lengths.
Jose Heybucket You comment seems oddly out of place. Did you follow me here in a fit of...rage?
So you want a review for products released ages ago to be included in a review for a new camera?
That's one of the worst ideas I've heard in awhile.
Well guys, I'm buying it :)
Would u recommend this camera for a seventeen year old?
madusha lokuwithana The fuck your age gotta do with the camera, any camera?
But no, I'd honestly say it's better suited for 16.5 year olds and on your 17th bday you gotta bin it.
No, real honest answer is: if you gotta ask incoherent and insignificant questions like that you're most likely not old enough for such a fine optical piece ... and you'll even more likely will never reach the level of maturity needed to own this nice camera.
x100s means second x100. x100T stands for the third. The next model, assuming they continue this trend would be the x100F not x100U
articulate; no way that would kill the whole point of classy camera
Spot on guys and that was what I argue with people on DPR. The tilt screen and the DOF scale is a must on a street camera. Apart from that seems to be another job well done.
Cmon,, Chris ,, when are gonna review the canon 7d mark 2,,, we are waiting
Canon needs to get us one first.
Jordan @ TCSTV
I like a tool that is more specific for one job, sono even if it didn't take videos at all i'd be ok with that. Beside this, can you complain about the camera not having higher pixel count?? The image quality of previous vas ok so it's better to focus on usability
nice shoes, brutha
Nice akimbo street no-scope
i take the guy.... still thinking about the camera
how is the battery life?
Actualy Fuji listen to people.
Yeh and maybe a mode that has Joel Meyerowitz's brain programmed into it so it tells you where to point the camera!!!!1
Good review. :)
I have a very silly request (i dont think you guys will notice my comment :P )
I really wanted you guys compare with compact camera vs camera phone like Lumia 1020 or Iphone etc2.
Anyway keep coming, i getting like alot review from you guys more and more. Cheers :)
Maybe i missed it, but does it have weather sealing?
Thank you for the video.
I also missed it
No it doesn't.
ok thank you
I'm in love with Shae.
I can see someone upgrading from an x100 to an x100s, but I wouldn't imagine anyone would do so from an s to a t. (unless they have money to burn) Fuji doesn't want users to upgrade?
nikon d3200 or sony a57 which one ?
They probably didnt want to give the sensor an advantage over their XE-2 and XT-1 cameras for marketing purposes..
Actually, a lot of people are all about the Classic Chrome.
Do I get this or the Panasonic lx100? What would you buy?
If you are a 35mm addicted, and you don't need other focal lenght, or good video performance, i say X100.
But, if you are interested in a zoom...Lx100 is the way.
Two completely different cameras!
IMO the main selling point of the Fuji X100 series is the wonderful hybrid viewfinder. If the OVF isn't important to you, then the LX100 might be better for you.
The X100 series features a 35mm equivalent prime lens. If you prefer a zoom, the LX100 will be the better choice.
LX100
- Lower price
- Zoom
- Better video
- Slightly smaller
X100T
- Better image quality
- Hybrid viewfinder
- Great JPEG's
Personally, I feel anyone interested in the X100T should really consider buying the X100S at a nice discount instead.
Fuji's don't have HDR, or do they?
Better than Ricoh GR ?
First x100 still the best x100.
Why?
