@@Me-qp8vz The performance itself may not have been 'epic ' But everything else such as the son of a famous rock musician coming into his own on that very stage ' Is ' . Very few moments on the stage of this earth can match that sort of thing .
Not only did Wolfie sing on his album...but, he played every instrument on the album as well...and wrote all the songs...Off the top of my head, I can't think of any other rock band where this has happened...Extraordinary talent.

Also Wolfie plays lead guitar...Dave Grohl does not...Although I think Dave Grohl is very talented...I feel what Wolf achieved is more significant.

Dave doesn't play lead guitar, because Foo Fighter's music isn't really about playing leads... The point being, they're both capable of recording entire albums by themselves. Wolfie is not "more significant"... if you're talking about who can shred better, than Wolfie is better, but if you're talking about who writes more engaging songs, Dave is "more significant"... at the end of the day, it's the songs that matter, there are a million 15 year old kids on TH-cam that can shred.
Being a fan of EVH my whole life.. Now I watch Wolf like a proud father would.. We watched him grow up into the very talented musician he is today.. starting with EVH playing 316, now we see exactly where the torch was handed.
Seen his dad band from the first album all the way to the last time and Edward was not bullshiting about how great his son really is as a very talented young man that will take it to a way higher level way beyond what he was sharing with all of us
Saw these guys a year ago in a small venue here in S.C.! Co-headlined with Dirty Honey and they absolutely killed it! Can't wait for the next album! 🤘🏻
Van Halen fan here. I love the fact that he writes great songs like his father did. They have great hooks very catchy!! Not very often you have someone that's a genius at their instruments but still writes great songs. Maybe someone should talk to Steve Vai about that. Great player but how many songs of his do you remember?
Another good thing is that he has access to his father's private music vault, which has endless hours of unreleased Van Halen music since the early 80's.
