    Oh my god I literally just gave a presentation on this holiday in my Japanese class a few weeks ago, so this is one of the few times where I actually already knew all the cultural points you'd researched and shared in your video. So cool to see it in real life!

      What good timing! That sounds really cool 😄 I didn't mention it in the video but I actually saw an example of Hiiragi Iwashi (sardine heads impaled on a holly branch) for Setsubun too, outside the entrance to a ryokan! It's supposed to be a talisman to keep demons away as you probably know, but I think fish heads would keep me away too 😂
