This whole franchise was underrated. As soon as it had a couple of hits that made a lot of spin-offs and sold a lot I admit that it may not have been heard of. But it still made an amazing impact why Capcom had to put this amazing series in a complete library of forgotten games. We will never know.
I first played the demo on the GameCube demo disc when I was 4, and I don’t regret getting the game as a gift. As an Average Joe I would love it if Capcom could give the series another chance to become Viewtiful once again.

PopGoes TheWeasel Joe would make a great DLC character. There’s the slide kicks for plenty characters in the game already, Red Hot Kick-esque moves are in there, Air Joe would be interesting like in Marvel vs Capcom 3, the Voomerang could be a projectile, his Up-B move could be his Zoom move when he jumps, his Final Smash could be he slows down the fighters and whoever he attacked he would use Mach Speed to unleash massive and quick attacks, then end with a Flaming Red Hot Kick.

The zoom effect is to op on the boss they introduce it on ironically. If you time it right you can beat him in one sequence right after obtaining it LOL

Fun fact, Blade Master Alastor is legit the sword from Devil May Cry 1 lol. He is also mad at Dante for not using him; you find this out in the second game, where you can play as Dante. It's hilarious as all hell. In fact as you may have noticed from this video he uses Air Raid and Stinger from Devil May Cry Dante's moves lol.
I remember playing this game. Before the Omnipotent King Blue fight I fully stocked on Voomerangs. During the fight I just spam charged Voomerangs on the boss until his HP is down to nothing. He just laughs everytime he is hit.

Took years for me to be able to finish the boss rush without taking a single hit. /The first game is rather unforgiving, but the challenge is very excellent and success is attainable...unless you're playing on V-rated difficulty... at least Alastor is a big pushover.
this game is awesome, thanks for the memories. It needs a remake - stat. I think in retrospect, although the slow-mo things was awesome, they should have balanced this aspect a bit better, because when you overuse it, it makes the gameplay quite.. slow and not fluid at all
