Pistol Cleaning 9mm | Beretta 92X Performance

Great pistol - I recently added one to my collection. It was strangely calming watching you clean it. One suggestion - be careful around the firing pin channel. You don't want solvents/oils dripping into there.

I use Bill Rogers cleaning kit - his guns see 1000s of rounds a week. Stuff is amazing. Highly recommended. Non toxic. Easy to use.

I guess anything works as long as you know what you’re doing. Cleaning guns is like meditation for me.

How long you have it? I plan buy one and asking for recommendations ? Any trouble?

Hey Ariel, I’ve had it for a little less than a year. I love the gun for several reason. Primarily how it feels in my hands. I’m still learning to shoot it to its full potential. Would I recommend this gun to anyone, simply said, yes. It will however, largely depend on why you want to do with it. For example, it’s a great gun for Sport shooting, probably not so optimal for carrying.

Thanks, glad you like it! Well, I clean it after every shooting practice. I shoot IPSC and therefore perform thorough cleaning to ensure the gun is in its best shape for every session. Besides it’s fun taking care of things you love. 😉

Look pretty dirty . How many round from the last clean ?

Hey Ariel, It looks dirty very fast, to be honest. The lower part of the slide is exposed to the explosions from the round and accumulates grime very fast. It however, does not affect the functioning of the firearm. I just like my gun looking shiny! This was a cleaning after a session of having shot 300 rounds.

Is this gun is legal for civilians

That depends on where you live. Here in Germany, all calibres of semiautomatic pistols can be legally possessed.
