@@captaindein33 idk 5ks just mean too little in duels. Usually if I know the town I click on it as soon as I see it on the map and don't even zoom in, especially if I find it very quickly because taking 1-2 seconds off my opponents time to find it seems a lot more valuable than 20 more damage from a 5k. I think the only times I ever bother 5king is when my opponent has already guessed.

For the beautiful location in Pohang, your opponent most likely used the antenna on the car. You also get it north and west of Seoul but Pohang is the most known place with it

If you watch his replays, he usually stands completely still while the script pinpoints the loc, then zooms in last second and makes a good guess/5ks. Guess the point of waiting is to give you the impression that he’s looking for info. It got suspended (somehow not banned) when it was still 1100 rated. He toggles to seem more legit. I would watch the replays and try to see if you can get a refund.

The first person probably didn't play enough games in a week, and so was demoted to Master but obviously their rating was still high. I don't think they purposefully did anything
Why would those emoticons at 7:19 make the person "a prick"? I read them as: "Hello! How the hell did I get that!?!" I felt that he was surprised of his own guess himself. The way you interpret things and get emotionally affected by them is mind-boggling sometimes.
I think that emoji can also be interpreted as 'How on earth did you get that wrong?', considering Jake's guess wasn't great and the opponent only sent it after the guesses were made. Sending the question mark emoji in the middle of a round usually indicates someone is very confused about the location, which is fine.
Even if that’s the usual trend, I’d never make negative assumptions about a person I don’t know. And even if they actually tried to laugh at my guess this way, it would never touch me emotionally as I understand it only makes them look bad so I’d laugh it off.
Any thought of posting some short travel vlogs? Geoguessr meta IRL?
