He said “ pay it forward, someday when you find a young Guitarist who really inspires you , do the same”. It took 16 years, but Lzzy found Dany. Working secretly with Dany’s team she had that white Gibson customized to her specs. She surprised Dany by presenting it to her between songs in the middle of TW’s set. Like Lzzy, Dany has pledged to do the same one day when she finds that inspiring young Guitarist.

I wish The Warning would include solos like the ones rock bands used to play back in the '80s. One of my favorite bands was Van Halen. During their concerts, each member had a moment to shine with their instrument, performing a solo while the others took a break. It was a chance to showcase every trick and effect they had.
Dany when she wants to be evil can really be evil... so here as in other songs she shows that dark side when she puts her mind to it, she is simply amazing.
While not exactly a solo, Pau's drumming at the end of "Unmendable" is pretty intense. There are several live versions, but my favorite is the opening track of their 2017 TEDx performance.
Not strictly a solo, but in their song Apologize, if you listen to the studio version (or react to the lyric video, there is no official live or music video for this song… yet), in the second verse Alejandra goes into playing a lead line on bass while her sisters continue to sing and play as usual… lots of people don’t even seem to notice that the bass player is playing lead here and right up to the top fret of the bass… not fast or showy, but super cool
@@TheLionsReaction Apologize is from their latest album and the only song they have performed live once just at their last show. They are going to play it a lot this year. To me is one of the best songs of the album and shows a bunch of things like progressiveness, really heavy sound and all instruments shine at some point. Dany uses a slide bar to produce the effect of the guitar.

Survive live at the Pepsi Center has a great ending jam session with, I think, highlights Dany's great guitar playing. They also played it at the Ted X Talks mini concert when they were like 11, 14 and Dany was 16 (I think!). Any performance of this song is great, weather it be the Ted X, the Teatro or the Pepsi Center.
This is from their 2nd album “Queen of the Murder Scene “, which was a concept album about a woman in a one sided love affair who falls into madness and murder. When Pau the drummer first conceived this and pitched it to her sisters they said, “What…, why is there blood everywhere”. I love everything they do, but I favor this album due to its raw darkness and overall foreboding feel. I guess that says more about me and my issues than them. Thank you.
Awesome !!! None of Them do seperate solos on their own..... (if i'm hearing you right) .... They can ... If They wanted to.. but "only what is right for the song".. or the Feeling They want to project .... !!! Cheers !!!
Dany did the screams they were using near the end. Not only did she scare the other girls who didn't know they were being recorded, but she apparently scared herself. 🤘😊🤘
Loving The Warning reactions! They are such a great band! I think "Z" live from the Pepsi Center has a great Dany solo. I saw them live in Atlanta in 2023 and they were incredible! I was supposed to see them there again a few months ago but it was postponed by the hurricane. When it's rescheduled for this year I'll be there!
"Z" live from The Pepsi Center is what you're looking for my friend. Everything from the Pepsi Center takes most of these songs from Teatro Met and just ramps them up to 110% with the addition of a Pau Cam and 8000 screaming fans. It is THE show to watch!!!!
Absolutely a fantastic reaction, it is so nice to see someone else enjoying the music these ladies put out as I do. It is hard to compare them to any other band I’ve followed in my 65 years, they are truly unique and every bit as amazing as the top Rock bands of all times. ⚡️⚡️🔥🔥🤘🤘
Definitely recommend Dust to Dust/Dull Knives from the October 2023 Pepsi Center concert. Also Dany’s best solo is from Z (either concert) or When I’m Alone (Teatro Metropolitan concert). Enjoy The Warning!
For a drum solo by Paulina check out this one she did at 10 years old: 0 Year Old Girl Drummer- Paulina From Mexico - My Life Would Suck-Cobus Version th-cam.com/video/MUAhV8K-v3A/w-d-xo.htmlsi=UVVnvpD__kx-pxA8
Hi, I love these girls, Song construction and delivery, top notch. XXI century blood is awesome and Daniella plays a beautiful solo in this song. Thats my recommendation, Cheers bud.
This is the title song to a concept album in which a girl goes from love to obsession, stalking, murder, and then a battle against her evil side for her soul. 'Dust to Dust' is the intro to that album, and the Lunario show covers all of the album. Also, I have a document on Google Docs that tells the meaning of each song if needed.
@@TheLionsReaction The albums shows an amazing amount of skill and versatility - Pau singing lead while drumming furiously, sisterly harmonies, a ballad, a punk song, and a slew of riffs and hooks.
Easy to see Dany's guitar skills, react to Z at the Pepsi Centre. Also FYI the white Gibson Explorer guitar Dany is playing, was gifted to her by none other than Lzzy Hale of Halestorm, when The Warning was opening for them in 2022.
Danny shreds on 'Z' and the Pepsi Center is their best yet. You had a Metallica shirt on, so you can't miss their cover of Enter Sandman at the Pepsi Center.
Hey Lion did you notice Pau is in her stocking feet? No shoes. I was shocked the first time I saw that. Your reactions are on point, too. Keep up the good work. #TWA
The background scream on the outro and the insidious laughter were recorded in complete darkness, on the first take by Dany. Pau claimed it made her skin crawl for hours! They couldn’t replicate it on numerous attempts so the first one made it on!
As others have stated, they don't have many solos in their music. Here is a link to an impromptu solo by Dany when they were opening for 'Eruca Sativa' in South America in 2018. This is after The Warning had performed as openers. Dany and Pau were still in the audience and the lead for Eruca Stavia comes off stage to Dany and passes her guitar to Dany. Dany is flustered at first, but then gets into a jam. This happens about 2:15 in the video: th-cam.com/video/jvir76ZUBI4/w-d-xo.html
Check out the concert they did at their private school Liceo. I think they are 10,13,15 years old at the time. They do a cover of Everlong where Pau kills it on the drums. And if that wasn't enough, they do a cover of Hysteria by Muse where Ale kills the bass part.
Dany does not do many solos as she says unless the song requires it. The few songs I can think of with a Dany solo is Z from this concert, Martirio also from this concert, and this song where she did one. There may be others I am forgetting. Also the song Survive, but it is not really solo at the end of the song, more like a jam session. As far as I know, Pau and Ale have never done a solo. There is a little of Ale on the bass at the beginning of Dust to Dust but other than that, I really do not think so. As they say, soloes are not really their thing.
@@TheLionsReaction , @ScottT248, There's also the Quebec city concert where Lzzy Hale invited Dany to do the solo with her guitarist (his name escapes me right now) and she stayed to finish the song. There's the video from way back when Eruca Sativa were performing with The Warning in the crowd (I think they were touring together). When it was solo time on the song, Eruca's guitarist went out into the crowd and surprised Dany, asking her to do the solo (search " Eruca Sativa surprise Dany LIVE! DON’T MISS min. 2:18").
@@TheLionsReactionMost versions of Dust to Dust only have 4 bars of bass intro. But the full Lunario concert recording on The Warning's Chanel, starts with A longer bass intro solo leading into Dust to Dust. The Lunario concert is also awesome for several other reasons. It was the first concert with excellent recorded audio. It was their first performance of the QOTMS album. It had Pau's fantastic graphics projected as a backdrop. And it was just a masterful performance that showed just how great they would become when reaching their full potential. There is also a clip of Ale jamming Muse's Hysteria bass intro. But as people have pointed out. They don't have too many solo sections. Probably because they as a trio are pretty busy all the time, just building that massive wall of sound that they are known for. Not least Ale's bass lines tend to be quite involved and driving in many of their songs. D2D, Choke, Evolve, Disciple, HYCAD, River's Soul and Survive are just a few examples of songs with prominent and active bass lines. A fantastic recording showcasing Pau's awesome vocal skills is her piano cover of Creep (Radiohead). Dany mostly showcase her shredding chops in covers of for Metallica, since they they usually have solos. Or when joining other artists, like when Eruca Sativa jumped down to Dany sitting in the audience and just handed her a guitar 😲😅. But of their own songs, I love her solo in the official music video of XXI century blood. So musical and tasteful, not to mention the videos itself being a masterpiece. Regarding the drums, it's pretty much the same thing. Pau is really busy all the time perfecting her grooves, fills and showmanship, all while singing lead or backup half of the time. So there is little need for anything else. But seeing her perform Narcissista or Revenant at Teatro Metropolitan does showcase her individual skill in other surprising ways 😉🤩.
Sure reminds me of the 1970s! We all want to see a Pau solo. They don't do very much "look at me" stuff, but yeah, they're certainly able. Dany has a few short ones. My fav is at the end of Martirio at Teatro Met. More Gilmore than Van Halen in that one. Not fancy, just perfect!
As excited as you are I would suggest starting from the beginning when they were kids and watch as they grow their music to what it is today 24 was year 10 for the band a lot to catch up on and maybe some new respect for the grit these ladies have had pushing there way into music it pretty awesome see the potential then and dividends of that grit and hard work now not to mean bands you get to see this way
For some context and some behind the scenes views of them playing individually, I think it's time you delve into one of their documentaries like "Tidal rising" or "May Day in the making"
The chorus where they are singing "Korasu, korasu, korasu" is a Japanese word that means "Kill, kill, kill." The scream near the end is Dany on a backing track. "Z" has a pretty good Dany solo.
Does anybody know the name of the band with the two Mexican ladies where Danny was listening and the lady come down and handed her her guitar to play that was a pretty good Rift session
I think you need to watch and react to this 6 part documentary. It's called. Mayday in the Making. I don't have a link. You just type in on TH-cam. The Warning, MAYDAY IN THE MAKING .. it's 6 short videos. Makes a good reaction session for about 30 min. Everything you want to know about these amazing artists is there. It'll get you started. I never get tired of watching it.. MAYDAY IN THE MAKING.. ✌️
While solo's aren't really their thing, there are a couple videos that might scratch that itch... For Pau, check out her drum duet with Faith Benson (Faith Benson and Paulina Villarreal Drum Duo). I think that was when Faith had won the Hit Like a Girl contest the year before and Pau was a judge for the contest (after not thinking she was good enough to even enter a couple years before, they called and asked her to judge). For Ale, only thing I can thing of would be her Bass cover of Muse's Hysteria. Just sits down in her basement and jams out to one of her favourite songs.
She can solo, but they are actually quite rare. TBH it's not her superpower. She is an astonishing lead guitarist, but solos are not deemed necessary in most songs.
Go all the way back to 2014 and their first viral video. Their cover of Enter Sandman, at 14, 12, and 9 years old. Dany's guitar solo at just 14 years old. Several years later, Metallica asked them to rewrite the song any way they wanted. Now that song is the first track on their Blacklist album. Listening to them back to back is awesome. 2014 th-cam.com/video/1boUYB9LFJY/w-d-xo.htmlsi=_UWinbkWXpFmi-cq 2022 th-cam.com/video/vg9vNE7gm0I/w-d-xo.htmlsi=qxrD0sR2QjFnNdu_
As good as their studio stuff is (and it is good) this is an OUTSTANDING live band....as such if there is pro-shot video of them it tends to be better than the studio versions. (They travel with a sound engineer Lalo who is a freaking genius at making them sound good in any venue!) Great reaction to a great song from a great album. Suggest you do "Hunter" from this same show. FYI Ale is only 17 at this show. None of them really solo or simply show off. They each do what is necessary for the song to be great. Obviously each of their abilities is undeniable. Here is one that really shows what she can do on the guitar. Its a bit older. Its a cover (you will know it) at the end of a 2 hour set and poor little 13 year old Ale is out of gas...enjoy. In fact you might just want to do it as a reaction. We ALL love it. th-cam.com/video/fhhG5EiFiyA/w-d-xo.html
The Warning is not huge into solos; they only do solos if it serves the song. So, if you hear a guitar solo from Dany, they tend to be short. She doesn't go off into a one- or two-minute solo. That said, if I were to recommend a solo, my choice would be a Dany guitar solo from their early days from a performance at the Dakota Bar of their song Show Me the Light. It's a slower-paced song sung by Pau, not on drums but instead a keyboard. Thanks for the reaction; here's a link to the Dakota performance. th-cam.com/video/3CJ1KRhMxeE/w-d-xo.html&pp=ygUddGhlIHdhcm5pbmcgc2hvdyBtZSB0aGUgbGlnaHQ%3D 🤘⚡
I would recommend listening to studio versions. However, nothing compares to their live sets. Only my suggestion, but for whatever song to which you choose to react, I would select the professionally recorded live version first. Then check out out the studio
I see others have pointed you in the direction of Pau when she was 10 drumming and of course Atlas Rise for Dany on guitar at the Whiskey. Here is a short clip, only a min and a half long of Ale when she was younger doing a bass cover to Muse's hysteria. th-cam.com/video/Qxs0m7GTBh0/w-d-xo.htmlsi=MfXRrRMdnR89Wmvq If you want to see a longer version of this song then look up Hysteria at Liceo by The Warning when she was only 9, there she does some interesting fret styles.
They talked about that situation in their second interview with Allison Hagendorf. Dany did the screams they were using near the end. Not only did she scare the other girls who didn't know they were being recorded, but she apparently scared herself. 🤘😊🤘
Haha, I bet, they were impressive screams by any standard
Loving The Warning reactions! They are such a great band! I think "Z" live from the Pepsi Center has a great Dany solo. I saw them live in Atlanta in 2023 and they were incredible! I was supposed to see them there again a few months ago but it was postponed by the hurricane. When it's rescheduled for this year I'll be there!
Z is comming, Comming soon my friend
thanks for reviewing this awsome band 😄😄
Thank you for watching! I think you should subscribe as I have more coming soon! they are amazing
EXACTLY“ PHENOMENAL “
Agree my friend
"Z" live from The Pepsi Center is what you're looking for my friend. Everything from the Pepsi Center takes most of these songs from Teatro Met and just ramps them up to 110% with the addition of a Pau Cam and 8000 screaming fans. It is THE show to watch!!!!
Queens of Rock. You said it, this is rock. And it used to be in my top 10, but after banger after banger of new music, it's fallen to my top 20
All hail the new queens of rock
Her guitar heros were Gilmore and May. Her solos are usually melodic.
All great guitar players
That’s one of my favorite song of them. Love it!
Keep em coming!
Will do!
@@TheLionsReaction If you want to see Paulina shine i recommend the song "23" from teatro Metropolitan
TW always deliver fire🔥 they are such great performers live this song showcases all 3 of them at their finest. Great reaction thank you. ⚡⚡⚡
Thank you! i am glad you like it
Absolutely a fantastic reaction, it is so nice to see someone else enjoying the music these ladies put out as I do. It is hard to compare them to any other band I’ve followed in my 65 years, they are truly unique and every bit as amazing as the top Rock bands of all times. ⚡️⚡️🔥🔥🤘🤘
Whats not to enjoy? They are probably my new favorie band.
Definitely recommend Dust to Dust/Dull Knives from the October 2023 Pepsi Center concert. Also Dany’s best solo is from Z (either concert) or When I’m Alone (Teatro Metropolitan concert). Enjoy The Warning!
For a drum solo by Paulina check out this one she did at 10 years old:

Just added that to the list, she is young though in that one
Hi, I love these girls, Song construction and delivery, top notch. XXI century blood is awesome and Daniella plays a beautiful solo in this song. Thats my recommendation, Cheers bud.
They are amazing performers
Ale's best bass solo is her intro solo to their Lunario concert. As far as I know it's only available on the full concert video.
Ive heard that, Ill have to check it out for sure
This is the title song to a concept album in which a girl goes from love to obsession, stalking, murder, and then a battle against her evil side for her soul. 'Dust to Dust' is the intro to that album, and the Lunario show covers all of the album. Also, I have a document on Google Docs that tells the meaning of each song if needed.
I am going to do more off this album. If this one is that good can you imagine the rest of the album?
@@TheLionsReaction The albums shows an amazing amount of skill and versatility - Pau singing lead while drumming furiously, sisterly harmonies, a ballad, a punk song, and a slew of riffs and hooks.
Easy to see Dany's guitar skills, react to Z at the Pepsi Centre. Also FYI the white Gibson Explorer guitar Dany is playing, was gifted to her by none other than Lzzy Hale of Halestorm, when The Warning was opening for them in 2022.
I am definetely doing that song next1
Excelente Chicas 👌
These chicas are amazing!
Danny shreds on 'Z' and the Pepsi Center is their best yet. You had a Metallica shirt on, so you can't miss their cover of Enter Sandman at the Pepsi Center.
Arguably, The Warning sounds better luve than in studio..
Great reaction my friend. One of my many favs from this great album. Keep Rockin' The Warning, I'm here for it 🤘⚡🤘
Thank you, and please subscribe as i have a lot more to do!
For me “Z” shows Dany’s compositional melodic skill on Guitar.
Hey Lion did you notice Pau is in her stocking feet? No shoes. I was shocked the first time I saw that. Your reactions are on point, too. Keep up the good work. #TWA
I did not see that! im gonna have to watch it back again
The background scream on the outro and the insidious laughter were recorded in complete darkness, on the first take by Dany. Pau claimed it made her skin crawl for hours!
They couldn’t replicate it on numerous attempts so the first one made it on!
Dany brings the fire on those screams!
Awesome thank you
Dany does not do many solos as she says unless the song requires it.
Thank you, that is what I needed
Narcicista from Teatro Metropolitan also.
@@VebastionSettel Dani just doing a shredding impro and killed it.
If you want to checkout their harmonies checkout . .

from the Teatro Metropolitan show👍👋NZ🇳🇿🍻twa
Look for the video of Dany playing with Halestorm. The TH-cam Channel is Dan Herbert I think. She solos with their lead guitarist
"Z" live at the Pepsi Center is probably her best solo ever. It's so good.
Either that or "Atlas Rise" (Metallica cover) live at the Whiskey A Go Go.
As excited as you are I would suggest starting from the beginning when they were kids and watch as they grow their music to what it is today 24 was year 10 for the band a lot to catch up on and maybe some new respect for the grit these ladies have had pushing there way into music it pretty awesome see the potential then and dividends of that grit and hard work now not to mean bands you get to see this way
🔥⚡️🤘
Horns lightning and fire! forever
For some context and some behind the scenes views of them playing individually, I think it's time you delve into one of their documentaries like "Tidal rising" or "May Day in the making"
Checkout the videos section of The Warnings youtube channel . .
Paus early kelly clarkson drum cover aged 9 . . .
Ales muse " Hysteria" bass cover . .
The chorus where they are singing "Korasu, korasu, korasu" is a Japanese word that means "Kill, kill, kill." The scream near the end is Dany on a backing track. "Z" has a pretty good Dany solo.
Damn Dany's scream is awesome
I suggest EMA MTV awards Automatic Sun. You get some Pau drums and Ale bass, with a killer into from Dany.
I did that one but it got blocked
XXI Century Blood award video has a great dany solo
I just added it now, I had some other people tell me about it now

😍🤩😘
Does anybody know the name of the band with the two Mexican ladies where Danny was listening and the lady come down and handed her her guitar to play that was a pretty good Rift session
Eruka Sativa

I think you need to watch and react to this 6 part documentary. It's called. Mayday in the Making. I don't have a link. You just type in on TH-cam. The Warning, MAYDAY IN THE MAKING .. it's 6 short videos. Makes a good reaction session for about 30 min. Everything you want to know about these amazing artists is there. It'll get you started. I never get tired of watching it.. MAYDAY IN THE MAKING.. ✌️
I have the doc on the agenda, i havent watched it yet because I want it to be a true reaction
Btw those screams towards the end, that’s Dany. Apparently she scared the sheet out of Ale and Pau when she recorded that….
Dany's scream i heard scared the other girls in the studio
Check out 21st Century Blood live at Pepsi Center. It’s one of the early songs that they finally play as adults and sounds awesome!
Just grabbed it and added it to the list
Check out their cover of Metalica's Atlas Rise at the Whisky a go go.
Nice! i will add it to the list, thank you!
🤘
The Horns in the chat! #TWAARMYFOREVER
When Ale at 10 yrs old did it over hand at the liceo concert that was pretty impressive in my view.
Very cool! those are all gonna be on the list
🤘🏻
She can solo, but they are actually quite rare. TBH it's not her superpower. She is an astonishing lead guitarist, but solos are not deemed necessary in most songs.
So the solos are rare, i bet they can get them done when they need to
Go all the way back to 2014 and their first viral video.
2014 th-cam.com/video/1boUYB9LFJY/w-d-xo.htmlsi=_UWinbkWXpFmi-cq
2022 th-cam.com/video/vg9vNE7gm0I/w-d-xo.htmlsi=qxrD0sR2QjFnNdu_
That second one was the link I needed
As good as their studio stuff is (and it is good) this is an OUTSTANDING live band....as such if there is pro-shot video of them it tends to be better than the studio versions. (They travel with a sound engineer Lalo who is a freaking genius at making them sound good in any venue!) In fact I can tell you that as good as these pro-shot videos are seeing them live in person is even better!!
There live shows are outstanding for sure. I am excited to hopefully see them live someday

@@TheLionsReaction She's really astonishing. I think the day will come when she's recognized as among the all-time great drummers.
Great reaction to a great song from a great album.
I think that shows how humble they are as artists
The live versions so far are super amazing! I am enjoying all of them
I see others have pointed you in the direction of Pau when she was 10 drumming and of course Atlas Rise for Dany on guitar at the Whiskey.
Yo have to react to the ENTER SANDMAN COVER, that they made for the Metallica Black List album, you will love this version
This one is already on the list and I bet its gonna be killer
Solo Dany: Z , Narcisista, XXI Century Blood, Martirio, Enter Sandman (first edition from 2014) and much more 😀
On those ones now
One of my favorite songs from TW. Sadly, it seems to have been dumped from their setlist with the new album coming out.
They talked about that situation in their second interview with Allison Hagendorf. That now that they have 4 albums worth of music that they have to pick and choose plus that they have to play their newer songs to promote their most recent album. I don't think they ever will but I really liked some of the songs on their EP Escape the Mind. I doubt they ever play those live again. 😒
@@lonelywind3511 It's what happens with all bands that last beyond two or three albums.

Talented at a young age, I wonder when they start playing
@@TheLionsReaction They started with the piano first at ages 4 and 6 Ale was too young but she eventually also learned to play piano picked up drums and guitar at around Pau started on drums around 6 and Dani guitar at 7 but i could be wrong Ale started the bass at 7 If i am mistaken someone will correct me.
