It’s a car which ran at the Nürburgring Nordschleife which has a anti lift system. At high speed over a crest the car can go ‘flying’ as the front lifts into the air. This system would prevent it by cutting power when detecting the nose lift, however because I switched off TC it can’t and so the alarm is on ;)
I came to the comments to ask the same thing. I figured it was because the driver turned off traction control it automatically disabled the "anti-lift" system. If I'm not mistaken, that's what happened to Jann Mardenborough, resulting to a death of a single spectator.
Great ride! I love these videos! I have a question, during a race/qualifying when you're driving, do you enjoy the ride? Or perhaps, focusing on driving leaves no room for the so-called "joy of driving" because concentration on driving takes up all the mental space? Next question, during a race, when you switch with the next driver, do you have thoughts like: Phew, good ride, glad that's behind me? Or do you feel sorry that you have to switch and would rather keep going?
The joy of driving in Quali/races come from a ‘perfect lap’. Occasionally in a formation lap do you have a moment of realisation about how cool and fortunate you are to be here but then you have to focus again! Regarding drivers changes, sometimes you can be happy to jump out, sometimes you really want to continue. Depends on the situation 😅
Was just doing the exact same thing in iRacing 😂. Also amazing vid!
Thanks! 👍
Absolutely wonderful Arrow. Keep it up dude!!
Thanks! Will do!
Nice driving! What gopro mount or gopro extension are you using?
"Nose Up" - is it because of the wet, that you need to raise it?
