Top-class performance every time. I've never heard a Guards band drop a note in the hundreds of vids (and some live performances) I've watched over the years. Everything is immaculate - the music, the uniforms, the instruments, the marching, the discipline, and the vibrant esprit de corps, which is palpable. No wonder the Guards are such a tourist magnet. In a world gine mad, the Guards embody principles and values which are disappearing everywhere. But the Guards go marching on, and their music goes loudly playing on. And they go on cheering us up. May God bless 'em all.

That lone side drummer having to march, play and change music sheet at same time, impressed , although I think the drum needed some attention on the way back. Lovely video , thank you 😊

My love of military bands comes from my dad and my brief stint in the RAF. My dad passed away in 2003 even as a civilian, he died a Coldstreamer. Nulli Secundis.

@danielmeyers3467 I was in the Warriors" Day Parade at the CNE a few times, first in 1963 with the Lincoln & Welland Regiment. My grandfather was also in that parade. I was also in the Warriors" Day Parade in London, Ontario 1967, after traveling Ontario performing a Centennial Guard with 3RCR 1967. Are you a member of the Royal Regiment of Canada? Pro Patria! @delvinrodriguez3341, I see the DOM on the second row. That’s new to me

@@charlottecunningham2141Hello Charlotte! Seems like it's happening often with the Band of the Scots Guards. In this video it was their Bandmaster (BM). last time I saw their Director of Music (DOM) E. Frost also was Marching ahead of the Percussion section. Guess there's no spaces open in the Ranks behind the Percussion section. As they have a full Woodwind Section.

@@charlottecunningham2141 yes that’s quite odd that the DOM was in the second rank

On the drum stands also the name irish guards. It seams to me that both bands use musisians off eatchother, also the drummajor is in more video's by different band to see.

There's a Coldstreamer in there too, plus of course, the Drum Major is Irish Guards.

Awesome parade - why are the musicians fumbling for their music between the marches though - they should be in the proper order i should think…
