By only spending 50-60 k more , u can hv normal house..
These sort of construction is good for big store house , godowns, workshop , showroom where car parking , or large cattle , sheep rearing houses only..

We can't say like that, I have seen more than 15 year old house building built in this method, standing strong even now, that too in Malnad where there is heavy and continuous rain during mansoon. A needy person finds value in this low-cost building method.
