Hi, I've just fitted a similar system to my 2016 Ford Falcon FGX CC (Australia), but can't get the screen to respond to touch. Just wondering if anyone has experienced this on their Sync 2 screens.Everything works OK with voice but no touch? Tried rebooting Sync on a number of occasions but no luck. If anyone has experienced this - other than the trip to the dealer - what was the fix?
What did you do? Did you just done software updates or changed the apim to one with sat nav? More info would de great..

My Mustang GT 2017 is fitted with USA Nav Sat can I change it to European maps
The Sync 2 Screen is NOT HD, but the Sync 3 is.

This is not a replacement for factory nav, you end up using mobile data anyways.
